I have had trouble with AT&T Cellular Service since the end of March when they couldn’t provide me with Data for cell phone. This issue has been ongoing until AT&T Stated they couldn’t provide that service and wanted me to purchase another cell phone to replace my year old smartphone. The most recent issue has been no cell service and dropped calls. After several contact with their Customer(un) Service Center and the supposed repositioning of equipment the problem continued and did not improve. The last AT&T Manager I spoke with basically told me the service would not improve. She also stated that any account balance and unused monies of my monthly plan would be refunded so I just completed transferring my number to T Mobile. However, when I contacted AT&T for the refund I was told they had no record of my account and that it was their policy not to refund any unused charges. After an hour on the phone and 4 Customer(un) Service Representatives, including a Supervisor and Manager, they are reviewing my account to determine if they will process my refund request. My recommendation is not to use AT&T Cellular Service and you need to find another carrier.
