I at least twice I placed an order through this company to deliver flowers and chocolates to NYMC. Both times I spoke with a lady named Beth who was phenomenal with customer service, patience, and helping to make sure I was happy with the order.
When she didn’t have something in stock, she went to go buy it from the store on her way to make the delivery. She also let me send her an email later on with the precise wording to write on the card, to give me time to compose it.
Each time I was overall very satisfied with my experience, the beauty of the flower arrangement, and the level of care and service.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a standing spray from their website, and called them multiple times to confirm. They were courteous and patient on the phone, and the flowers definitely arrived on time.
I do have to dock a star for their website, which did not offer many choices nor let me specify a delivery time (hence the calls).
My other minor complaint was that the $ 90 spray (including delivery) looked a little puny compared to similar ones next to it — later found out that those were from another florist in the area with better pricing, Loving Moments.
But the flowers were still nice and reliably delivered, so A-​okay in my book!
