The Antelope Valley Allergy & Asthma Center

I’ve been coming here for allergy shots for a while. My initial appointment ran late about 20 minutes, but that’s business in this industry and you can’t help it when a patient wants to ask 30 questions and cause the other appointments to get delayed.
I come on a weekly basis and never wait more than 7 to 10 minutes at the longest. Nice staff here as well.

I made a «new patient appointment» for my son. I pulled him out of school early and got to office 15 mins early as suggested to fill out paperwork. NO ONE in the waiting room (VERY BAD SIGN) — I waited 45 minutes!!! Then the front office woman attempted to charge me a «new patient fee» of ~$ 125???
I now see why the waiting room was empty. What a waste of our lives!!! I told her we would be leaving. She informed me that there was a $ 60 cancellation fee. I told her, «Good luck collecting that.» She was ignorant and completely uneducated on how their policies could and could not be enforced. My suggestion is that when they take «new patient appointments» over the phone that they also mention the $ 125 fee so they don’t waste anyone’s time and they can save appointments for the patients they have (if any)… In the entire time i was there I never saw ONE other patient!
I wish i could give ZERO stars…

Had an appointment and still waited over an hour in the exam room. Went back for a follow up and waited over an hour again. Never going there again. The staff didn’t care.
