I’ve been here several times and every time I come here here staff is very rude, horrible customer service, no one greets you, some of the times they are very busy talking to each other and don’t even bother to cut it off and take your order, you can tell they even get bother when they see you come in the store, even if u ask them to give u creamer they give u attitude. The only reason why I come here is because it’s right by my work.

I walk into line with one of the employees backs facing me, she says –her back still turned-, «what would you like?» & I said to her back, «a grande iced coffee please.» & then she said, «black?» & then I replied, «no, with half and half please.» Then she, without looking or speaking to me, goes over to the baked goods, & another employee comes to the cash register & says, «so you want a grande iced coffee with half and half replacing the normal sweetener?» & I smiled and said yes. That wasn’t the worst part. I get my grande iced coffee, & go to the sugar stand and start adding my flavored, & I can hear the first employee saying, «that order didn’t even make any sense.» & their not even whispering. The second employee explained and the first employee kept repeating it was a dumb order. Right in front of me. So I turned around and waited for the employee talking crap to look at me, and when she did I shook my head in disbelief. That lead me to sit down outside at a table and to write this review. She wears square glasses, has reddish short hair and of an older age. Should’ve got her name. The second star is only because of how good my drink came out, but customer service is a huge let down. It was the morning shift, btw.

Poor staff attitude about 90% of the time in the morning shift. Today I placed a mobile order and picked up a latte with sticky Carmel syrup all over it. I Didn’t have time to complain as I was in a hurry.(Reason for mobile app order). I go to this location because it’s on my way to work… Sad I won’t be visiting this place anymore.

I’ve been to this location several times. Getting your drink fast with great service is really a hit or miss at this location. The store was not busy, there was a couple before me and I was next in line. The drinks don’t come out in the order that you were standing in line in … Or even remotely in order that you were in line in. Like I said I was second in line… A few people start getting in line behind me and order AFTER me… Yet, I wait 20 min to get my drink ??? What’s the point of the line then. We might as well just make a mob. The cashier was nice enough, hence the two stars… The barista is all over the place. She didn’t mark my cup with soy, even though I indicated it to the cashier… So I won’t be surprised if I get sick bc she gave me normal milk. –_– yay possible stomach ache for me… Not happy, and this was not the first time this has happened. Another time the place was nearly empty and they forgot to make my drink all together until I went up to them and asked for an ETA on it. Sadly I’ll be back here again bc it is the closest Starbucks to me. Ugh

Ordered a grande skinny caramel latte today and they only filled up my cup halfway, the other half was full of foam. They charged me $ 4.25 for this cup of nonsense. I have never received it this way at any other location. Will not be returning here.

This was my first and only time at this location. They were not terribly busy — only one person in line to order. A customer picks up her drink, drops it as she’s leaving, and goes right back to the pick-up counter and asks for a replacement. They gave her a replacement iced green tea… making her drink ahead of mine and the other person in line. Then I wait 10 minutes and the barista says, sorry we were out of green tea. Wait a minute — you gave the customer who dropped her drink a new free tea — made me wait. Did not make sense. And, they did not give the usual free drink next time coupon for waiting longer than usual. My usual Starbucks is wonderful — the one on Copper Hill & Newhall Ranch! They are awesome. This one on Orchard Village was«off» or maybe just an «off» day for the staff.

The coffee is the same as any other Starbucks but the service is really horrendous. I walked in at around 3pm today. There was a young man helping a woman order and then there was a young lady chatting with a customer who she must have known from high school. They saw me waiting yet she continued chatting with the customer for approximately 3 – 4 minutes before asking her what she’d like. When the customer ordered she was told that her order was«on the house.» Finally it was my turn. I ordered two drinks and gave her my credit card. She ran the card and then walked away to make drinks without asking me if I’d like my receipt, which I did. When I asked for the receipt she seemed annoyed. Normally I wouldn’t want the receipt, but this is the same Starbucks where I was charged $ 50 for two drinks when I didn’t check the receipt! Unfortunately I saw it on my bank statement too long after the incident so I couldn’t do anything about it. Wonder how many drinks this girl has stolen from her employer cause yes it is stealing.

I’ve been here a couple times. Both times they dont even fill the cup all the way. The first time I visited a couple of the staff were a bit rude, this most recent time they were more friendly. Still for the price starbucks charge you can’t fill the cup?

Everyone here is the best! It’s definitely become my home away from home. It’s so different from your normal Starbucks because of the employees. So definitely come in and enjoy your favorite Starbucks beverage while being served by some of the very best!

The wait here is outrageous every time I come. I often wait longer than 15 minutes between standing in line, ordering, and getting my drink. The cashiers work slowly and often seem confused. The baristas also move slowly. The entire process is far too slow for a Starbucks.

I’m only giving it one star because you can’t give zero. I waited 30 minutes for a latte just now at lunchtime and there were only 6 people ahead of me in line. A family of 4 and two women on their lunch break. The problems were the order taker was not the sharpest knife in the drawer and there was only one person making drinks. I did my best to not slow things down by using my Starbucks name when asked. When I’m in a Starbucks where the order taker is slow or an actor i use my Starbucks name«JOE» in the hope that it’s easy and short enough for them to spell. Even if they have a short attention span(Actor) or a low IQ or use English as a second language even though they grew up in the San Fernando Valley. I’ll avoid this Starbucks.

This us the best Starbucks in Santa Clarita for several reasons. They always smile here and move you through the line quickly. The restroom is always clean. There’s lots of parking and plenty of tables both inside and outside. What I really like here is the fact they always have plenty of dark roast already brewed instead of the dark roast pour over which many Starbucks try to pass onto you instead of the roasted brewed coffee. One more thing. The bakery items are always fresh and case is cleats stocked. My favorite Starbucks.

I had no problem with this Starbucks the few times I’ve been here, until my most recent visit. The female behind the cash register was extremely off-putting. She was impatient, never cracked a smile and didn’t say«thank you» or «you’re welcome.» Not cool. Anyway, I’m still giving this place a decent grade because I’ll still come here if need be, the other baristas I encountered were nice, and I’ll just avoid coming in on a Saturday night in hopes that I don’t have to deal with that employee again.
