We expected lovesac to hold to their lifetime warranty. But we got much more with Megan’s help. She helped us exchange what we needed with a smile and kept us updated the entire time and exceeded our expectations once it was all done. The best customer service we have received yet. We keep leaving that store with a smile.

Darlene is no longer with Lovesac and will always love the product and CEO and Founder along with Mike Cano, Susan Mendillo, Tony Heslin, Ellie Booth, Damien, Mike Chaney, Lily Rhodeen, The Oaks (Jordan, Linda, Mieke, Megan) also Mission Viejo their entire team of 2013. This was experience that I wouldn’t change anything and Dolores coming aboard I think makes for more success. To all my customers if you need anything or an issue happens please contact

I love the Lovesac! We purchased a Media sized beanbag years ago when the store was in the mall. Then the store closed down. By chance I found the store again outside on the Patio’s and was so excited! It’s unfortunate the store is in the Kids section on the Patio’s because I wouldn’t normally go that way shopping.
I am glad you’re back and love the sectionals. Oh, and Darlene. We will be back to buy in a few months. :)

I bought a sectional couch here and my wife loves it. Their was a mix up on the order and Darlene (Manager) went above and beyond to accommodate us. Great Customer Service!!! I will be back to shop for more items and recommend them to family and friends.

We have purchased a pillow sac and a super sac from this store. We absolutely love going here. We have a disabled son and they are always extremely welcoming, helpful and patient.
There is never any pressure to buy anything and always encouragement to hang out for as long as we need. My wife and her friend went in there for multiple hours to simply sit on everything before she decided to buy anything.
Darlene in particular was wonderful, she knows the product really well and really helped us figure out what we wanted. Knowing that money was an issue, she stayed in contact with us about when certain products might go on sale which we would have been unlikely to purchase without said sale.

I love the modular design, lifetime warranty, and machine washable covers. This place is way too cool for the average college dorm or spare bedroom. I saw this place as the ultimate furniture sets that are kind of like Legos where you can mix and match them any way you want. I’m a total fan. So why the 3 star review? Price.
I wanted to check price on a love seat and two ottomans and I found out it was a whopping $ 3,300! I busted a «what chu talkn’ ’bout Willis?» when I heard the price. Are you kidding me? For a love seat? I bought my Italian leather couch and love seat from Macy’s and my living room couch and love seat (which was made in the U.S.A.) for a combined cost of a little more than what one love seat costs!
I’m a fan but I’m priced out of this place.
