I was recommended to Kiwi Home Inspections by my Realtor and I’m glad we select Kiwi Home Inspections! Alan was very professional, sat down with us and explained his role, what he would do, etc. He was prompt and friendly and spent a lot of time going over the good, bad and ugly with our new house. The report, which he emailed to us the same day was easy to read and very helpful in negotiating the repairs with the sellers.
This was a much better experience then we have had previously with our other house. We can clearly see the difference between the quality and thoroughness of the other inspectors we’ve used. He’ll even bring snacks, drinks and chairs to accommodate you as you watch him complete the inspection.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

I am a realtor in Santa Clarita. I was referred to Allan by a colleague and decided to use his services. My buyers were first time home buyers and one was an engineer. Allan explained all the details of his inspection, and he was timely and very patient. He was very clean and thorough, and we received our report that very same evening. To top it off. he even brought chilled beverages and snacks. He appears to be very integral and I would highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed!!!

Where do I start? Allan was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and detailed and even had snacks and drinks, so you could munch on as you’re waiting for him to finish his inspection. He walked us through all areas of the house that needed to be addressed.
I told him we will be calling him every two years to inspect our home and I’m serious :).
Personable, professional and friendly. You will not be dissatisfied!!!
