I have been going to Kimmy for a while now but just recently tried some of the new services she is offering and decided everyone on Unilocal should be aware of the Santa Clarita Gem. I have very sensitive skin and the first few eye brow waxes I got, tore my skin off… then I discovered gentle Kimmy. Not only do I love the way she shapes and colors my brows (I have blonde eye brows that are pretty much non existent– ew), but she also is great at dealing with acne. I use to have the worst skin and not even frequent trips to the dermo would help. Kimmy would see me once a week and whatever magic she worked on my face really cleared up my breakouts. Seeing as how I am a blonde I also have translucent skin (literally you can see every vein) I thought I would try a new service Kimmy is offering– spray tanning. Skeptical at first from being snooky orange I decided to try the original spray tan. Let me tell you all, it is amazing! It looked so natural and I loved it so much I decided me and my girlfriends needed to get it done before we went to Vegas. It beats going out and sun bathing, getting burnt, peeling and then being even whiter than before, not to mention the permanent damage (oh yeah I am a scientist so of course I am weary of UV rays). If you moisturize the tan lasts longer and its only $ 15 your first time! WHAT A DEAL. I have been living outside of SCV for a while now but can never find anyone as gentle, nice or as skilled as Kimberly so I commute for the occasional brow servicing/​facial. Not only do I love her, but so does my mom, sis, and all of my friends!
