WORST fatburger ever!!! Called an order and still managed to wait 30 minutes. People that ordered after me got food before me. Staff saw me standing around and didn’t ask me a question. Once I asked about my order they scrambled to look everywhere. They realized the order was on the counter and said sorry for the wait. My 30min lunch gone…

So annoyed! We eat at this Fatburger twice a week… but no more! I had a large order today at 4:00 and the person over the phone said it would be helpful if I ordered on line… so I did. When we got to the park for a mothers day picnic two of the burgers were wrong. They were for the kids and were supposed to be plain but had the works on it! I called the manager to tell him and expected some kind of «sorry». He said well what do you want me to do? If you bring the burgers back we can talk about it. Like I’m going to go through that much trouble for $ 10. It wasn’t about the money it was about the customer service and Bogar Munez’s (if that’s even his name) was awful!

The burgers are always great, the service is great/​good but the cleanliness straight up sucks. The counter tops, salt and pepper shakers, napkin dispenser, chairs, floor, ceiling fans, windows are all dirty. A film of sticky grease almost on everything you touch. Too many other choices in SCV that are clean. Sorry, but y’all need to wake up and clean up!

Kid wanted French fries and thought we would try this place since the habit closes by 9 pm. what a big mistake! How the hell this place stays open is a miracle. We sometimes go to las delicias next door and see fat burger full of people and las delicias is empty… this place is plain old nasty. just look at the fryer. when was the last time they cleaned that thing!

Solid fat burger. Onion rings were terrible though, like no onions and crappy batter.

Stopped here on the way to the city, wow what a price jump… Has it been that long? Good food and service, left there on a full stomach!

Fatburger! What else can I say? I mean really the name explains it all. We love eating at Fatburger when we can since we don’t have one in Bakersfield. So, the next best thing is one we can stop at any time we are headed back home or towards the LA area. The burgers are super tasty and they make them just like you want them. Even their smaller burgers are filling. I also love the fat fried and onion rings; both fried just right. The only real complaint we had when dining in the other day was the overwhelming smell of chemicals used at the nail salon next door.

Always tasty food. The BEST cookies & cream milkshakes! Burgers are juicy and flavorful.

Will never go back to this Fatburger location. Burger patty was overcooked and the chili fries were salty. Added bacon which was overcooked as well.

This is a great location for a Fatburger as it’s close to Magic Mountain so if you don’t wanna eat in the park this is another option.
Over the years I’ve been to Fatburger several different times and many different locations this one however was kinda a let down as they took super long to get my food out, I was just happy I arrived when I did because as soon as I ordered and sat down they got a big line and I would have been here well over an hour if I were at the end of it.
My burger was super overcooked I mean it was like charred I’m not a picky guy when it comes to burgers but what i got was a a hunk of gristle that was just barely edible at that point I didn’t feel like waiting any longer and just ate it to get in my way.
This was a very disappointing Fatburger experience as it was apparent their staff was untrained or just didn’t really care about all the hungry people who came in as I could tell they had real trouble getting everyone’s orders out in a timely manner.
If your in the area I’d definitely seek out other options as this particular Fatburger seems to have some issues well at least they did during my visit.

The food is pretty good, but pricey. Two 5-​ounce turkey burgers and an order of fat fries came out to $ 16 bucks. With all the other great burger options out there, prices need to be cut 20% across the board for this to be a viable joint to return to.

Ehhhh I dunno the burger is pretty good but way to expensive for what it is. I know competitors around town that make a burger that’s better and a lot cheaper! But I do like that it open really early. Lower the prices and I would be a lot happier to walk in

GIVING IN, FINALLY: I remember coming to Los Angeles twenty-​six years ago and seeing a restaurant called Fatburger driving around the Southland. Didn’t sound very heart-​healthy, despite a mention in the classic R&B group Klimaxx’s «Meeting in the Ladies Room», I had absolutely no interest trying it. Fast forward to 2015 and I have a graduating senior who prefers burgers above all else. Thus, another installation in our Burger Barnstorm around the Santa Clarita Valley.
We volunteer at the Santa Clarita Public Library on weekends and we hit a burger joint en route and on the Old Road in the Westbridge Village Shopping Mall containing BevMo and Big Wangs, it is easily accessible and not as crowded and some of the more popular chain fast food spots making it a good choice when hungry or in a hurry.
What I liked most about this restaurant was the options. Loved the Asian-​influenced egg option, traditional bacon and a list of others as well as size of the patty. I’m a light eater but you can increase your ounces based on S, M, L, XL and XXL. They even have a wall of fame for those interested in risking regurgitation (eating the largest size in a challenge).
Great char and well-​seasoned burgers AND you could really taste the classic topping trio — lettuce, tomato and pickles — slathered with mayo and added catsup and mustard. Son enjoyed his bacon burger with cheese. Fatburger’s thin cut fries were fresh, crunchy and on point.
A little more expensive than drive-​through and less than a hipster-​burger sit down, the flavor is worth a sit-​down for lunch.

Worst customer service ever!
I had a similar experience as George M. below. I have never eaten at a Fatburger. I received a coupon with the address «26 906 The Old Rd, Valencia, CA 91 355» printed on the coupon. It was a buy one get one free. As is the purpose of a coupon, it motivated me to drive to this location to experience their food. Instead, I was told that they wouldn’t accept the coupon. I gently contested that this coupon is specific to this location. One employee took the coupon to a back room and quickly returned. With little effort to serve me as the customer, I was told that their manager does not accept any coupons, and that she would fire them if they accepted one. She (the manager) couldn’t even be bothered to come out and tell me herself!
This place is a joke! I have never tasted a Fatburger, and I never will!

Lots of parking. The floors were filthy. From the front door all the way to under the table I was sitting at. I ordered a Large and added bacon, chili, egg and cheese. I love these additions.
There were 2 ladies preparing the food and one young man taking orders and standing around (he could’ve been sweeping). I was also standing at the counter for a while before he approached me and asked «can I help you with something?». Um, yeah you haven’t seen me place an order yet have you? Other than that, he was pretty tentative and informative to the customers.
The beverage assortment is good. They have 10 soda flavors and a tea tower with 4 different teas. The sweetened Black Tea is my favorite.
The food came out hot and delicious. I will definitely come back because well, it’s Fatburger.

The burgers are pretty good. Nothing extraordinary. I got the triple XL burger. If you finish it, you get your picture on the wall of fame. However, you still have to pay for the burger. So not much of a prize. Lol. You get fame.
The staff was nice and friendly. The place was clean and there were plenty of parking.
I liked the different toppings so you can customize your burger. I didn’t finish it although I was famished.

Check your burger when you get it. We ordered 5 burgers and all of them were overcooked and over salted. How can you screw up all 5?
I get the sense this place is under new management. We let the person at the counter know about the food and they just said ok thanks. It has gone down in quality. It’s now off my regular list of places to eat.
The fries were done perfectly — both fat and skinny were done right.
$ 6 for a medium fatburger that is overcooked and salty… I’ve had better at home.

Ordered Onion Rings and a Large Fatburger with bacon to go and it came out to $ 12 and some change.
The wait is the normal fatburger wait of 10 – 15 minutes 8(this was during lunch time too so I was expecting this.
Onions rings were under cooked and soggy. Not a lot of onions rings either. The burger was okay at best. The patty was not seasoned the normal fatburger way. And the bacon was not laid across but rather piled in the middle of the burger. Wont be back here :(

Since I have been lunch out of work more often, I am trying new places out of my work. With a lot of help from Unilocal,I thought I would go to a place that I used to go when I was bigger… No, not McDonald’s…FatBurger!
Fatburger is located on The Old Road between the BevMo and Albertson’s on the same shopping plaza. To be honest, I have never ordered my food at the counter. I’ve ordered through their website and the order would be ready in 5 – 7 minutes. When you do order online, just head straight to the pickup counter and mention your name. You can bypass a line and sometimes get a stare of… HOW THE HECK DID YOU GET YOUR ORDER SO FAST?! I ordered online! I am not sure if over the phone orders are applicable.
You are probably wondering: I’ve lost so much weight and you are eating BURGERS again?! Well, I’m still smart about eating healthy. The only thing I order is the Veggie Burger. I usually order the works for it. I know it means nothing on a gardenburger, but I can fool my mind. It is a soy patty on wheat bread basically! It is quite filling though. As for the fries, I don’t order fries, but when I do, its because my co-​worker wants some fries. I haven’t tried the steak fries or skinny fries. I may have to do a update review on those.
Its a good place to fill you up for the day and it sure hits the spot. Its good, but not great! Will I try XXXL Burger? I have no idea?! If I do I will let you know! I may try the challenge, I just need to workout harder!
