They catered a continental breakfast for our department this morning and for the price, I found it to be quite mediocre. You know… store bought breads, store bought bagels, fruit that is only on sale, etc. My mom worked for one of the biggest caterers in the valley in the 80’s and 90’s and I know quality when I see it. This was cheap and easy. Had he charged a third of what he did, he still would have made money.

I went to a wedding where Charlie had done the catering. Everything was delicious. We had the Great Pasta Dinner. Everyone I talked to the next day was still talking about the food.
