Brow Arc

Started going here a while ago and everything was great until I went another time and they completely messed up my eyebrows. One eyebrow looked completely different than the other one. One of them had a big arch and the other had more of a subtle arch. Never went back after that and my brows have never grew back to be the same again.

How is it possible that I walk in 10 minutes before closing time and because the lame ass lady was already working on someone’s brows she didn’t want to take me anymore. Maybe it’s time they put on their window that they will not take people who walk in before closing time OR they should close their doors at 8:50pm to stop the confusion. I argued with her and she didn’t want to give me her name. Tomorrow I will be calling corporate and Westfield to complain about the poor customer service. I would give it zero stars!

This place is awful. They totally messed up my brows. I will NEVER go to this place again.

I had grown out my brows for sometime to get them nicely done for Christmas. My natural brow shape is arched and easy to follow but Unfortunately this place totally over threaded my brows left them completely uneven and misshaped. I had specifically requested for my brows to be left as thick and natural as possible. The lady who did my brows kept getting distracted and my session kept getting interrupted. When she showed me my brows I wanted to cry! I told her I did not like it at all! I told her they were completely over threaded and uneven. The lady kept trying to convince me that she did a good job and to allow her to thread more off! We went back and forth and finally requested to speak to a manager. I spoke with Lynnda over the phone regarding my experience and even sent a picture of my brows to her in a email. Even though she did have the store give me a brow filler for free and did not charge me for the service; her apology fell short. I will not be coming back to this place and do not recommend it to anyone.

Two stars for the cuteness of the place. Appearance seemed professional and I wanted to love this place, but as soon as my threading artist began running the thread back and forth wayyyyy too many times on bare skin, I knew it wasn’t going to be good. There are still a few stray hairs and it is evident she went over an area where I don’t grow hair too aggressively. At times I wanted to stop her because I could feel the pain. Now I’m left with burns. I don’t know her name but she had glasses and was a nice lady, but her technique just wasn’t a winner for me. Now I’m left with burns. First and last time unfortunately.

I totally love paying to have my eyebrows ruined…
The girl there made my eyebrows really thin and uneven, and horribly shaped. I would suggest you go somewhere else.

I have been coming here to get my brows done for about a year. I have sat with many staff and finally found one that I really like. Raj does an excellent job with my brows. She takes her time and really focuses on me. Believe it or not, before I met Raj, I’ve sat through sessions where the staff are talking on their cellphone while working on me!
I usually just get my brows cleaned up but opted to try getting them shaped. I did this the first time Raj worked on me and I am happy I waited. Raj shaped by brows beautifully. I went in today and sat with Raj. As usual she did an excellent job. I definelty recommend Raj if you need your brows done.

I have been coming here for the past 2 years and I’ve always loved it. I have always gone with Maggie, she is the best! For over a month now I have been calling to see if Maggie is in but they always say no she’s not in and always give an excuse. I don’t know if she got fired or if she quit but I think they should at least let the customers know instead of saying oh I don’t know when she will be back. If anyone knows where Maggie is please let me know, she is the best threader!
