my one star is also for the friendly staff who did deal with my complaints. Which were. Coffee maker in room still had old grounds in it and when my wife dumped them out a dead bug was found in the water reservoir. TV was analog only otherwise the room seemed ok but don’t think it was thoroughly cleaned. We had stayed here once before but don’t think we will again.

This was a 1am stop on the road to Atlanta. We took the first place we saw. Note for the future — do NOT take the first hotel you see off the highway. This one star is dedicated to the very friendly staff. If it weren’t for them, I would be looking for a way to give a 0. We walked in and the first thing we saw was a roach crawling over my wife’s foot. The first thing I HEARD was the fearful squeal of my wife. Then we went straight to bed. Fully clothed. It wasn’t until the next morning that we found the toilet didn’t flush. On a positive note, the ambiance of the asbestos ceiling with painted over mold was an … interesting touch. Overall, if you love to sleep dangerously, this place is for you. Otherwise, the Holiday Inn down the road is like $ 10 more, people.

Cockroaches in my first room, pubes in the second. $ 58 a night, $ 90 for the Fairfield across the street. Saw the manager was telling people on Google reviews they probably stayed at the Quality Inn North, but I definitely stayed at this one. Plus side: neither room had bed bugs.
