Lowe’s Home Improvement of Valdosta

What’s there to say about a home improvement store? It’s a Lowe’s, I come here just like anyone else to buy tools, wood, nails, lawn equipment, flowers, mulch etc. you get the picture. Anyways, I like Lowe’s, I love going to the garden center and looking at the different flowers that I can use for my garden. Some of the workers are slow, and some of the workers are very… how can I put this kindly? They’re a little ghetto-​ish??? because some of the black workers tend to wear long nails and I don’t think that’s very professional, I really think they should band Long nails when handling items, even if the items are solid and cannot be damaged by them, I would really like to see my workers inside of Lowe’s with short to medium length nails, neatly combed hair, a better attitude and better work experience. If it’s worsens my rating is dropping to a two and that’s being generous. I would like to see changes, but as of now my review and rating remains the same A-​OK. There’s a girl named Rosanna that works here in the customer service area, she is not friendly, she has poor workmanship, she seems lazy and when I asked for her help she acted snobby – I really would like to report her because of her attitude, no one wants the help from a snobby little teenager. She looked young, so I take it she was only in her 20s, until she is fired and unemployed from Lowe’s I will drop my rating to a one-​star because of her! Sorry Lowe’s I still come here for equipment, but your little customer service worker named Rosanna has to GO! Like soon!

Being that I am in the middle of a remodel I feel like I live in this store. This Lowes store is very clean and seems to be well stocked. However, I have always said and will continue to say (due to experience) if you know what you are looking for and don’t need to ask any questions of find someone to help you do anything, go to Lowes. If you need a little assistance, you are much better off at The Home Depot. Employees are not very visible at this Lowes location.

What’s not to love about LOWES? This is my go to lumber, hardware, tool, appliance, paint and yard supply place. Great customer service, selection and prices. Convenient just off 1 – 75.

Lowe’s always has what I want for the house. I try to go to Home Depot but always end up at Lowe’s. The staff are friendly and never leave empty handed.

Way better than HD.
