Contacted this company. Spoke with Vickie(owner/manager?), who said that before setting up a regular cleaning schedule, they would first have to come to my home to do a «spring cleaning,» then would be able to set a price and begin routine schedule. Charged $ 450 for the initial cleaning, and upon time to set a schedule, advised they had no time. When I asked Vickie why, then, she had set up the initial $ 450 cleaning, rather than advise me of that at the time, she hung up on me! Just beware – don’t fall for the same thing I did. I’ve been using Executive Cleaning Service for 3 months now and have decided to switch to another cleaning service. I must say, Maria, the owner/manager was extremely friendly and professional when she gave me the quote back in January. She was the reason I primarily chose to go with E.C.S. However, Maria is only the public face. My biggest complaint is that over half the time, the people sent do not activate the alarm before leaving. There’s been times when trash hasn’t been removed from cans, things have been moved, and the floors/carpets were completely ignored. Secondly, I was told a price when I first received my estimate from Maria, but my first bill was more than we had agreed. It was only $ 20 more a week, but after 3 months, that amount has added up to more than I can afford.

WOW… we only wish we could give more than 5 stars, cause they really deserve it! My husband was leasing to a tenant for 5 years, who recently moved out. We live in California, and had to fly to Valdosta and quickly pick companies at random to help us ready the house to be placed on the market for sale. I left a message on their phone at 12 midnight, Sunday evening, after arriving in Valdosta. We were only going to be in town for a couple of days, and I needed someone to call me first thing in the morning, so we could get the house cleaned later that day. As you can imagine the house was not in the cleanest shape, I knew even with a team of people it would take hours. Maria Wallace, General Manager called promptly in the am and said that they were very booked, but she would stop by and give me an estimate. Maria came by to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable, and said that they could come back at the end of the day, after their already scheduled appointments, and would stay till it was finished. Executive Cleaning Services, Maria Wallace and her crew came in and made the place sparkle, and even at the end of a long day of cleaning they were so polite and smiling. I would highly recommend their services!
