We had been going to this Chipotle’s since it opened. Every Sunday at 11:00 am but no more. It is ridiculous how understaffed it is. We get there before or as doors open and by 11:05 the line is to or out the door. ONE person on the line and a cashier that doesn’t help out on the line (maybe she can’t). You would think they would get their act together but they have lost our business. Who owns this store?
Also, I have had unseasoned rice one too many times. It tasted like sand. It just seems like employees and management could care less. It’s really too bad because we really like the food just not this location.
It used to be fantastic when it first opened.

Bad service dirty and run down. Why do I need to wait for an employee to jump out of the back door a minute after my meal has been maid. You should be waiting on me… I am the customer after all. Also everything looks like it was wiped down half assed. Chipotle is going down hill. SELL SELL SELL!

This place used to be great but as the recent reviews show, it has gone way downhill. Really slow service, cleanliness problems everywhere. Employees just don’t look like they know what they’re supposed to be doing.
The new Chipotle in Shoreview is also really bad … Maybe they have the same (lack of) management?

First return since my last review. No change. Lines out the door on a Saturday lunch. Manager training new cashier while watching the food servers struggle. There was a different manager on duty, but this one was not better. Manager stood there bouncing the cups up and down on the spring loaded dispenser. He did greet the customers but more like a bartender than a restaurant host. Not sure what the average acceptable wait time to receive your food in a fast food restaurant is, but 25 minutes after getting in line has to be way outside the norm. (We timed our wait).

I’ve been to this location several times. It is the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. Lines in excess of 30 minutes at dinner time on a Friday night. You wait that long, you’re kind of committed to seeing it through. But enough is enough.

The best chipoltle in town. Great crew and managers. We are there every Saturday night. I think the online ordering might slow things down a bit, creating long lines on weekends, but they usually move pretty fast.
