I have had several contractors work in my home on various occasions doing improvements or repairs. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.
I had water damage in my dinning room. The carpets got soaked when a sprinkler head broak and a window had been left open. I live in Elk Grove and went to the internet. Typed in water damage repair near Sacramento. Some how this company came up. It was an 800#. I did not realize he was from outside of the area. He told me it would be a couple of hours before he would arrive.
When he showed up I asked for and estimate for the work. He said I would need to fill out some paperwork first. I filled out the paperwork and asked again for an estimate. He was the owner and he told me he would have to go back to his office to figure it out. When I insisted he told me between $ 800 and $ 1000. If I wanted a written estimate he told me he would have to go back to his office in Vacaville to figure it out and would charge me for all that time. I should have chased him off at that moment.
He was rude and aggressive in in attitude toward me. When I asked for a copy of the paperwork I filled out he said he did not have a copy for me. Now he was yelling at me. He said he would send me an email.
I never got an email. He left two blowers to dry out the carpet. He was coming back in two days to pick them up. He was to be there at 9:00AM. I disconnected the blowers at 8:30 and set them by the front door. I did not want him back in my house. When he arrived to pick them up I started to hand him the blower through the door. He yelled at me that I the contract said I was not supposed to unplug those only he could.
He continued to yell at me as he was walking to his truck. I never received a bill or the paperwork I signed, which he said he would email or fax to me.
Several weeks latter my insurance agent called to get a copy of the bill. He yelled at the agent and asked him why he needed a copy of the bill. The agent told him if he wanted to get paid he would need a copy of the bill.
When the agent received the bill came he charged me several hundred dollars for travel time. The total bill was over $ 1150. The area he cleaned was less than 100 square feet. I would never use this guy again.

I have hired Wes Environmental twice in the last 5 years to help with an old septic system at my father’s house. I am very pleased with the professionalism and also the quick response to my emergency problems. They are thorough and fixed each problem without delay. I recommend this company for septic pumping and for clogged septic line (s). J. Logston

Don’t call this company for a small flooding cleanup job. 50 sq ft storage space underneath the stairs in my basement. All they did was rip out the carpet and suck up the water. Total was $ 820. Before they came out I asked for a rough estimate, wouldn’t give me one, now I know why. Complete ripoff.
