Good location and the food is not bad especially on the go
I lke it I come here in my truck and they have good parking

I really don’t like posting negative reviews but I have to share my experience at this particular location. I ordered a simple ham and swiss cheese sandwich for my 2 year old and a turkey with everything. I get home open his sandwich and they gave me the wrong one. It was a turkey with veggies no mayo or any dressing. I was upset because I had set him up to eat already and I didn’t feel like going back so I made e best of it. So then I start eating my sandwich and as I was chewing I felt something super weird and it was a long ass strand of hair. Mind you I have short hair. I was completely grossed out.

I believe you SUBWAY corporate need to deal with this. I have visited this location several times since moving to Vacaville on 9÷1÷14. All the employees appear to be defeated. They all share about how abusive the franchise manager is. One employee told me yesterday that she worked 11 days straight and received no overtime. Further that she was working today, Thanksgiving, and not receiving holiday pay. While I was there an employee came in and got his paycheck and quit on the spot over something regarding his check. The employees also state they got hired for one store but after being hired are shuffled around all the other stores this particular franchise owner has.
And also more often than not these stores only have 1 employee working at a time. During my visit yesterday there was 5 people ahead of me and only ONE employee/​
Does Corporate not go and inspect these places? Do you really sell to anyone who wants to own a franchise? Do you not ensure that proper employment laws are being upheld? I have to say that this, and the other locations owned by this particular franchise manager, is giving Subway a HUGE black eye.
I watched the episode of undercover boss and was hoping that the improvements promised there would’ve spread and that the employees in this area would start to seem happier and content. But when you go in and you can tell that the employees are being treated badly you almost want to boycott Subway to support them.
I really am appalled by this.

I used to go here a lot, since it’s by the BevMo I used to frequent. On the stretch of 80 between the San Francisco and Auburn, the choices for vegan food are pretty limited (yes, I know the bread isn’t).
I’ve always gotten the vege sub. But for some reason, no matter how it’s explained, and no matter the employee, «a tiny amount of mustard» always translates into a large amount, potentially ruining the sandwich.
Still, it’s Subway, so expectations are clear enough. I’ll go here if I don’t have a better option.

The crew is really nice and good with costumer service and they greet you when you walk in. My sandwhich doesn’t sit out of the oven while they are making it and they put it together really fast. This is my favorite subway.
