Ok, here goes my review. Sure it’s one star, it’s shocking, right? but I guess if you don’t have problem with the person work there slash owner(probably),. the you don’t have problem. With me, it’s different story. Last year moved to this area. Reason, «downsizing», cheaper mortgage, bigger size of house(that’s why the word downsizing is in quote). So, yeah we own a business too, just like him. Owning a printer from year 2004HP brand, expensive cartridge but we’re fine until the recession, when just like everybody else I too started looking for cheaper stuff to run our business. Found this store(almost no cars parking every time I come by there). He definitely has an attitude. But who cares when things are cheaper. It was not as pleasant as the reviewer before me. Quite few times he mentioned«we’ve been in business for X years and never had any problems». He Always always always talk over me with his loud accented way of him speaking. I couldn’t finish my sentence so many times. The only time he was listening was when he has that promotion thing goin’ on. He wanted us to spread the news of his«fine business» to others then we’d get some discounts. He was talking about church and stuff. But I end up never promoted him anyway. No time for that«crap» ok, now you wonder why I mentioned«crap» That’s because of my recent experience. I stopped by there, bought one black ink. It didn’t work. One day wasted without me finishing my work in my business. Next day, stopped by there and told him, with a proof of paper I printed out to show it to him. He didn’t even look at it. He right away went on defensive mode. I didn’t ask for refund, I thought to just get an exchange. A while ago it did happen like this and got the exchange and it worked fine the second time. So, yeah this time, I didn’t even think to get a refund, just exchange. But because he has that attitude, he assumed I wanted a refund and he use that word«CRAP», typing something on his computer screen, that’s when I said,(cos I didn’t even get a chance to finish my sentence), «Could I just get another one, exchange it?», He said«sure» Again he said«we don’t sell crap here»,. I got my exchange and went home, put it on my printer and tried printing,… guess what,. still not working,… So I decided that night, 9 pm to just go to Walmart,. the only store stays open late here in Vac. The next day, I asked my husband to return the«CRAP» back to him. That would be the end of my story. Cos, let’s break it down, the different between his price and Walmart’s price is, his is $ 19.32 plus tax, Walmart is 23.54. So, yeah the different is not much, and SAVEGAS too. Not to mention his attitude. Oh, and he didn’t even say sorry or anything. Writing this makes me wonder of how much of a Christian he is, as he told us about church and stuff a while ago. The big thing for me is: WOULDYOUUSETHEWORD«CRAP» TOYOURFREQUENTCUSTOMER ? I don’t think so I wonder if he even understand the meaning of that word and how offensive that word is. There is a reason why people go to the big store. I know for sure the cashier or whoever working there won’t use that offensive words when customer talk to them. THEEND… for sure !,. and may God wash his mouth.

Another great find(inadvertent for me to say the least). I was getting my auto serviced when I saw this little tiny building the said Ink and Toner. The guy who work there/owner knows exactly what you need. You save a ton of money too. The guy who helped me even helped me carry my printer back to the car. He showed me how to properly load the funky little ink into my old school printer copy. The fact that he carried it to my car on a stormy day was just priceless. Customer service? You don’t find that in many big box stores!
