I was in dire need of a haircut and was so close to booking at an overpriced salon but soooo glad I found LAM! He is so kind and took his time to do my hair and did exactly what I wanted! He did a great job at a very very affordable price! You won’t be disappointed! Will be coming back for sure!

What a great find. At first I was scared when I found out it would be a guy who would do my hair but I’m so happy I took the chance. Everytime I go to a different salon to get my root touch ups, theres always a line distinguishing the old color from the new color and I always hated that. This didn’t happen here, I love how he matched the color perfectly. He’s also very thoughtful, he placed petroluem jelly around my hair face, by the hair line so my face wouldn’t get those color stains. I will definitely be returning to this salon.

it’s a 5 star all the time! I love coming here although we moved 2 years ago when it comes to my hair only Lam I could really trust! He is the best and so kind and wouldn’t recommend anything that would be bad for you, he doesn’t sell you anything and would really be honest with you. This is my 3^rd time!

Great customer service! Lam was very accommodating, friendly, and a perfectionist. My daughter had the Japanese hair straightening done and it has made her hair more manageable. Overall, this is a great salon with a welcoming environment and I strongly recommend this place to anyone!

The owner Lam takes his time & is very personable. Love that you can get a good, affordable haircut practically anytime you want (I’ve walked in twice and was able to get a cut). Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also, he has a nice big TV so you can watch a movie while getting your hair cut or waiting!

Lam, the owner, did my haircut today. I’ve never had my hair done by a man before but I welcomed the change. He was a little hard to understand at times because of his accent but he was fabulous nonetheless. Absolutely did a great job and I will be returning as a regular customer guaranteed. Looking for a great hair stylist that isn’t over priced? Well here is your GO TO spot. Let me just say, you won’t be disappointed when you leave. Lam is just fantastic. He is experienced, patient, knowledgeable, a perfectionist, listens to what you want then gives you precisely what you asked for, and he will always makes sure that you are 100% happy. Overall, Lam is an amazing guy. He spent hours permanently straightening my hair, gave me a cut and charged me way less than how much I should of paid, then he wouldn’t let me tip him after telling him I was a full time student. On top of that he told me to come back if decided I wanted my hair shorter and he would do it for free! I am so GRATEFUL to have met such a wonderful person and hairstylist. I loved my haircut and trust only him with my hair now. He’s definitely the place to go to for an excellent service and skill. Thank you so much, Lam!

The pluses of this place were that it’s super reasonably priced, and Lam is really nice! Even though I was there for quite some time, I’ve never had my hair highlighted before so maybe that’s normal. I came in with no pictures and only a vague idea of what I wanted, next time I’ll know to have pictures of exactly what color I want instead of just, «Whatever you think looks best!» Overall, I would recommend this place because of the personal customer service and the low prices :)

Am I lucky or what?
My cousin and I were in town looking at houses. When we were done, we had time to kill before we had to go back home so we decided on a whim to get our hair done. I checked Unilocal to see what affordable salons were nearby. I called a few that couldn’t get us in on short notice and a few that were pricey, then I called Lam.
He was closing (working on his last client of the day and preparing to go home) but when he said he would accomodate us since we were in town we drove right on over.
Lam is just wonderful. He is super skilled, a perfectionist, listens to what you want then gives you EXACTLY what you asked for, always makes sure that you are 100% happy and his prices just can’t be beat! On top of it all, he is a genuinely nice guy. He was easy to talk to and just a humble and kind man that we are so honored to have met.
We LOVED our haircuts and will definitely be back with more family members. Worth the drive for the excellent service and skill. Thank you, Lam!

I had my hair treated on a Sunday appointment with the Japanese Straitening today and it looks great. There are not many places that can compare to the quality of Lam’s work. He is a professional and ensures his customers are completely satisfied. He also cut my husbands hair during the appointment and it looks great. We will definitely be loyal customers from here on.

I just had to share that I got my hair cut 3 months ago by Lam, & my husband this week asked if I had just gotten my hair cut because it looked so good! He said the ends looked freshly cut because they were so straight & my hair fell so nicely. Granted I wear my hair up in the heat of the summer, but the fact that my hair still looks freshly salon-​cut says a lot about the quality of the cut. The best part is that he is VERY reasonable priced. The cut was about $ 20. Shhh-don’t tell too many friends. Keep this secret to yourself!

Never had my hair cut by a man before Lam. I was impressed with his hair stylist skills and had one of the best hair cuts to date!
Costs: $ 90 for highlights and color. $ 20 for hair cut (an A-​line bob). (Get the $ 50 voucher for just $ 40 to save an extra $ 10.)
Convenience: Flexible availability on the weekends, especially. Got an ideal 10am Sunday morning appointment.
Parking: Easy to find free street parking.
My Experience: RELAXED. I finally did not have to talk to the stylist for hours on-​end. Lam let me read my Kindle book in peace… and even nurse by 4-​month-​old baby while I was getting the highlights. :)
Would I go back? In a heart beat!

Ok, I know this may sound slightly exaggerated, but I literally had the best hair cut I’ve ever had here. Let me explain…
My wife was getting her hair done here, and she suggested I come in with her for my bi-​weekly buzz. Yeah, cutting my hair is easy money.
Lam, who owns the place along with his wife, paid close attention to the cut and then gave me a wash and head massage. And let me tell you-​that wash/​massage combo is awesome. It really hit the spot; took me a second to get out of the chair.
In closing, it’s really easy to see why this place gets the good reviews. I found my new barber, for sure.

After months of needing a haircut, I finally did it. Every girl knows that finding the right stylist is a difficult task, which is why I’m glad I came here!
It was my first visit, and it surely won’t be my last. I was warmly welcomed the moment I walked in. After a few minutes, Lam took me to his station, and asked how I wanted my hair. He briefly examined it before snipping away.
Lam was very personable, and even in my not-​so-​good moments… he continued to be very friendly. He took his time in cutting my hair, and even enlisted his wife to help for a second pair of eyes. He wanted to make sure I was happy with my hair, and apologized that it might have been shorter than I wanted. Because of that, he tried to refuse my gratuity, and charged me the bare minimum after not wanting my payment at all. Wow! I was humbled.
Now that it has been hours later, I love my new short hair. Thank you, Lam!
