Don’t waste your time with this business. My husband was given a referral to get a sleep study here and we rushed over with the paperwork so that an appointment could be set up for the sleep study. We were told their scheduler would call to make an appointment but we have not heard from anyone. It has been two months. We have called many times and never get a person to answer the phone no matter what time we call. We have left messages for them to call us and have never gotten a call back. I think this is a terrible way to run a business.

Went there for the second time. The sleep tech are friendly and professional. This time I had to be fitted with a cpap mask. I’m happy with the outcome and I highly recommend this place for sleep study.

‘Take us to court then lady…’ That’s the response you get when you ask for a refund on an overpaid invoice. These people are a nightmare to deal with. Go ANYWHERE else. I had a written contract with them for an agreed amount. They made us pay $ 200 up front even tho insurance more than covered it ‘in case’ insurance underpaid them. Insurance paid $ 4 more than the agreed sum and you know what Donna told me today when I asked for my $ 200 back? ‘Take us to court then’…before launching into personally insulting me when I pressed my case. You have been warned. Do NOT use these people they are unprofessional and possibly even very dodgy.
