I consistently shop at Reebok for a couple reasons. While most shoe brands are manufactured in substandard conditions for the employees and our planet, Reebok is rated a B– by my favorite app Better World Shopping Guide. Their rating is based on the research that as a mainstream company, Reebok is making improvements that benefit people and the planet. Secondly, I really like their shoes! I love how they fit my feet and how long they last. I have always had a decent experience with the staff. Though I wouldn’t rate it a stellar customer service experience, they are friendly and always point out their promotions and sales. I’m usually at the Outlet Mall during the week and have never seen more than 2 staff members in the store. In fact on this visit employee #2 was on break so the lone employee handled the store as well as one person could! So, they do well enough for a busy, understaffed store. I will mention that besides a couple jackets and one pair of yoga pants, I’ve had little luck with the fit of their clothes. Though what I have purchased have stood up to the test of time! I typically just go back for the shoes & socks. I have a pretty small foot and they do offer a little bit smaller athletic sock. That has been almost impossible to find with other shoe brands. This trip, we bought 4 pair of adult athletic shoes, men’s & women’s socks and a women’s jacket for $ 190. So my suggestion is to arrive with the proper expectations(this isn’t the Ritz-Carlton!) and enjoy getting an amazing deal on shoes!

Well I came to this store twice. Neither time was I seed if I needed help. First time I looked and didn’t see anything I really like. Why is it that in guy shes they have all the colors and black shoes. But for girls they are all multi color. So I went to go buy work out cloths and after having an idea of a colors I would be wearing I was ready to buy shoes… So I came back. I hadn’t seen the crossfit nano shoes and I went straight to the cross fit ones. I have a pair at home and they are the best working out shoes I ever bought(bought them at a reebok hub store in rancho while I was in southern cali) but they been used and re used and I needed a replacement. So I’m trying them on debating on the grays or the pink blacks and I see the new nano’s black and gray mix. I try them on and had to go up half a size they felt snug. But they have more ankle support and felt sturdier. I was going to try on some of their sports bras, but since the phone calls where more important than their customers in the store I decided I would buy the shoes and go somewhere else. At the register the employee wasn’t very friendly. Usually ur asked did someone help you? Did you find everything u where looking for? Ect. Yet this guy was more. I’ll help u at the register at the end. Started looking at the shoes took the security thing off. Rang them up gave me my total. I mentioned a discount code he entered it he said I couldn’t use it on my purchase. I swiped my card and then he said I need to see my I’d and card. I handed him the cards he looked handed it back, put my receipt in the bag, handed me my shoes and I walked out… if I had other options to buy reebok shoes today I would have gone, but I’m pressed for time and oh well I got what I needed.

Found exactly what I needed for a great deal, but I didn’t see a single employee helping anyone in the store though and no one greeted us until checkout. If you are triple A or military they provide discounts for both, which is fantastic!

This place sucks. The workers won’t look at you as they walk by hoping you don’t ask for help. The cashiers(2) ignore you, and try to look busy. The sale items come with a twist. You have to buy two items to get the sale price or some crap similar that. No wonder why this place was empty on a Saturday.

This place has some killer deals on running, training, walking, basketball, and many other styles of shoes. I got a pair of new shoes and another pair for free! I ended up buying another set which was buy-one-get-one half off! another killer deal. I enjoyed the service that the employees gave me. I came in with sandals on, not thinking I would be trying on shoes, and since I didn’t have socks they let me borrow real socks and not just those nylons. They even let me keep them when I ended up making a purchase. Very good customer service there.

I have visited this store at least twice a year over the past ten years or so however; this weekend was the best yet. I must say that the customer service was outstanding today and the store was a bit busy this afternoon. There were some pretty good sales in the store. Additionally, you could combine a Reebok purchase with a Rockport(adjacent to Reebok) purchase and still take advantage of the special sale. My mission was to purchase a pair of sneakers within a certain price range which was done effortlessly. *s* The«close your mouth» and/or «you serious??» moment came when I inquired if there was a AAA discount. Some little voice spoke to me and directed me to ask the question… Lo and behold… the store representative said yes there was a AAA discount and I received an additional 30% off … Wonderful…Thank you! …*s*

Guess what they have lots of REEBOK stuff. Really they do, and guess what some is cheap and some isn’t. Ok, here is the problem with the outlets stores, a lot of the stuff just isn’t that cheap anymore. It is a way for lets say POLO to sell you something that is about 10% less than what you might pay at Macy’s. It just all depends, if you get something on the clearance rack then you might be ok.
