Rebekah taught the first yoga class I ever took. She made the class welcoming and comfortable. With her help and encouragement I have begun to regularly practice yoga and have advanced to other classes. Rebekah is also very knowledgeable of living a healthy life style. She practices living healthy and encourages others to do the same. She is accepting of everyone and where they currently are in their life style, she does not judge. She is there to help and encourage you in the healthy direction you want to go. She will assist and teach you at your speed. If you are a person resistant to change she will help you adapt to a new lifestyle in a time frame that works best for you. I highly recommend Rebekah in both yoga and health & nutrition.

Rebekah is a great Yoga teacher. She has a calming voice and totally helps you feel relaxed and comfortable. I haven’t taken a Yoga class in a long time and I am so happy to get back into it. I couldn’t ask for a better teacher. I even got my husband to do it with me and he was very impressed with her. I would highly recommend her to everyone. She’s the best!

Rebekah is wonderful! Her calm and friendly demeanor make her classes fun even when they are challenging. She is great at accommodating students of all experience levels. I highly recommend taking her classes!

I want to start this review by informing you I have not practiced yoga in well over a year and knew it was time to start again. When I arrived I was early and Rebekah greeted me and made sure I was positioned comfortably in the space provided. Once the session began I enjoyed the background music she chose and the volume it was played at. I was relaxed by it and was pleased it was not a distraction at all. The class progressed very nicely and we all warmed up together before entering into deeper stretching and poses. I was surprised at how many little imbalances I felt in my body during certain postures. Rebekah gently invited anyone feeling discomfort to slightly back out of the posture. I took her up on the offer especially during pigeon pose. My hips need work and I’m looking forward to being guided through more sessions in the near future. I highly recommend you seek out one of Rebekah’s classes. They are a great way to relax, gain strength, test yourself, stretch tight muscles, and shed the stress of life all in one hour block of time.
