Nine West & Company Outlet

Worst 9 west I’ve been in. The store was scattered and unorganized. There were 3 employees working, I made eye contact and waved my hand for assistance and was ignored, I waited a minute, said «excuse me» and received no help. I promptly left the store. There are lots of other shoe stores in Vacaville, go elsewhere.

All clearance shoes are 14.99… Great deal today!! Every time I come to this store, its always a great experience. Someone always greets me and ask if I need help. The workers are always great and have a smile on their face. Also you can find a shoe that you like!!!

I typically would not write a review for a store, but I feel that the store, manager, and sales associates deserve it.
I initially came here because it was the last Nine West left that had this cute desert boot that I was looking for in my size. I wear a size 5.5 usually, but for Nine West I wear a size 5. You can imagine the difficulty I have finding desirable shoes in my size, but over the past few trips I realized that this store always has a good stock of shoes in my size, which is why the hour-​plus drive is well worth it for me.
Now for the main reason for the review: the manager. When I was paying for my boots, I used a Visa gift card, but for some reason the transaction didn’t charge the amount, but my card was now missing the funds. The manager went out of her way to call the company to ensure that the charges were going to be put back into my card, and even asked them to make a note of it in their system. This took at least 10 minutes of her time, and I doubt most other store owners would even bother doing this since it’s not really their problem to deal with. I really appreciate their over and beyond customer service, and that is what will keep me coming back.

I love nine west shoes & I live 7 minutes away so what more can I ask for! I’m a 5.5 and they almost always have my size there. They (can) have great deals. The sales associates always greet me when I walk in and try to help me as much as possible. Great customer service, keep up the great work!

I have small feet 5 ½ and have a hard time finding Dominatrix worthy shoes, but every time I’ve shop here I’ve come out with at least 2 pairs of incredibly sexy comfortable shoes or boots.
What you see is what you get! basically what is out there is all they have and apparently I’m the only girl with 5 ½ shoes «Thank you Jesus» so I get a pick at mostly everything I want when I go there, XOXO Nine West

Recently, I bought a pair of boots here on sale. Compared to the Great Mall, they have a lot of smaller sizes for people like myself: 5.5 and 6. It was nice to be able to browse at the selections even on a weekend as the Great Mall one is ALWAYS crowded on the weekends that I never want to browse.

For some reason they seem to have a lot of size 7’s…That doesn’t do much for me. The service here leaves something to be desired. The staff just seems out of it, like they don’t really want to help you.
But I found a killer pair of red f**k me pumps.
