The 2012 comment isn’t the only problem at that mobile home park. Residents pay for a common club house, but can’t even use it. The former managers used to attend gatherings at the club house, but the current managers won’t allow personal use of the club house. We used to have dinners in which residents could invite friends to join them, but now their friends have to host the dinners in homes away from the park, and as you might imagine, can’t fit everyone in their homes, so some of the senior citizens are always left out of the gatherings. It should be against the law to charge for comman areas and then not allow residents to use them.

Lemon Tree Mobile Home Park has been around forever and was always known as a great place for seniors to live… unfortunately the previous park managers retired about a year ago and the place has gone downhill ever since. When the current managers burned down their garage with their vehicle in it, they were given temporary full use of the park maintenance truck as a personal vehicle. A resident, who doesn’t bother to read the park newsletter, mowed his grass and put the debris in the back of the truck on his way to work – this is standard practice for all residents. When he returned home, he found the debris on his front lawn. He went to speak to the park managers about it, it resulted in an angry verbal encounter. The female manager poked him in the chest and grabbed him by the shirt. Let me mention that this resident is 62 years old and in declining health. When she found out he was filing a complaint with the police, she decided to file one also, claiming he grabbed her! I’ve known this resident for many many years – he is the type of person who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it – big SHAMEONYOU Lemon Tree park managers – you are really giving this place a bad reputation!
