be careful. i used the drive through at the location and they didn’t even attempt to return my debit card. because i passed it from passenger to driver i didn’t notice for a few hours. when i checked my account an employee from jack in the box used it at their location and a few others in the area. make sure you pay attention and get your card back because they are not honest. the manager didn’t even care!

It’s a franchise Jack-n-the-crack. So what you’ve come to expect from JITB franchise — is what you’ll get here. I’ve never go inside — I have only used the drive-thu, so I will not judge anything inside those 4 walls — except for the personnel and the food which came from inside. PRO’s: Drive-thru is always pretty fast. They can hear you on the speaker — which is a good thing as it is on a fairly busy road. Their drive-thru menu is always up to date and positioned right where you need it PRIOR to the speaker. This way you can have your decisions already made — there is another one at speaker location. Drive-up window is in the shade — faces north so that hot burning sun isn’t killing you or your cold drink! Food is always HOT and fresh — and I rarely have to wait long — and that’s during lunch with a few peeps(cars) in front of me! CON’s: Oh a few times they forgot my «extra» sauce … and napkins. Otherwise — not much to say here — except if I was going to be NIT-PICKY — so here goes … Leisure Town Road — you can only turn right out of the JITB parking lot — so if you need to go North towards Kaiser(like me) — then you have to drive up to the light and make a u-turn. That’s it!

Will not be coming back. I ordered the chicken sandwich and this was the worst sandwich I have ever had. The chicken had a horrible taste & looked as if it had been sitting there for hours, the bacon(so gross) looked like fake bacon, totally had a bad taste. The only thing that was really good in the burger was the lettuce & tomato. That was nice & fresh. they also seem to forget to give us our two tacos we order. We NEVER get them! So annoying. Out curly fries were hard & cold! The people working it seemed lost & confused. Also, the customer before me was upset because they didn’t have enough $$$ in their cash register to give him his change. Looks like I wasn’t the only one having a bad day here.

Jack in the Box is a must anytime I’m out west. Sure, the food isn’t that great. But this location just seemed to make it a little worse. The ordering process took forever and getting our food took even longer! A couple of the items couldn’t even be called warm. Maybe it’s just this location — I’m hoping. I’ll give another Jack in the Box a try next time I’m out there.

Terribad! I love my hamburgers, but the poor, slow service tainted the deliciousness of the red meat that I craved. When I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:30 pm there was one car in front of me. It took forever for them to get their order in, and forever to pay and receive their order. I watched, as I’m sure that all of you do, as the car in front of me received ONE medium sized bag and ONE drink from that drive thru lady. 10 minutes to complete that one order! I ordered 2 sourdough Jacks, 6 regular tacos, and 10 mini churros and after I paid, they asked me to pull off out to the parking lot to wait for my order. What’s the deal with that? I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order that was delivered to me out in the parking lot. So, what, you guys do some shady customer service so that your times look acceptable for corporate? I wish I could get those 20 minutes of my life back again. After getting half way home, I checked my bags and they didn’t put my churros in the bag! Horrible service. Avoid this one and go to the other ones in Vacaville, maybe this one can get some new management soon.

Don’t go here! If I could give zero stars this is definitely the place I would do it. We typically don’t frequent fast food joints, but we were on the road and were hungry so we pulled off at this Jack in the Box. The place was nowhere near busy, there were just a couple of people in line ahead of us to order. Ordering took longer than it should have, the gal taking the order clearly wanted to be anywhere else and in the background a couple of people were shuffling around while alarms were going off like crazy indicating late orders were piling up(which should have been our clue). Once our order was placed we waited, and waited, and waited. They called off a couple numbers ahead of ours, we waited some more. After fifteen minutes they called a number that was later than ours and that was it. We approached them and they looked at us like we had two heads, they had no idea we had placed an order much less where our order was. We asked for our money back and left. Ridiculous. We don’t have high expectations from Jack In The Box, but come on…

Clean & efficient Jack in the Box right off the highway. I’ve been there twice; once I got a chicken salad and today we got some mozzarella sticks. The food comes out fresh and properly heated, though the salad took a bit longer than I would have excepted. That might have happened because I ordered it early in the day(10ish), before most people are ordering lunch foods.
