I just want to give these folks a total thumbs up. They are exceptionally great, they did not charge us to do a report that was needed for our refi on our house. They came and personally did the measurements. We are grateful for the service they provided and in a timely manner as well. We have also had them pump our septic and they have a great attitude about it and have always been helpful. Thank you so much we really do appreciate your efforts in getting a job done.

Purchased a house about 9 nonths back, and upon inspections, it was noticed that the septic tank was needing replacement. I called and quoted around thinking I would be the one to front the costs of it. After about 3EXPENSIVE quotes, DeLaTorre came in with a bid about 40% less– and were very happy to take on the task. However, a month later, turns out to my(happy surprise) the seller of the house took on the costs and used a different company(Franks septic) About 6 months later, im wanting to do some cement work in my backyard, but had to figure out where the leech lines were first so i wouldnt cave them in with the added surface weight. My drawings were hand drawn, from the 70’s, and showed a pool, which is no longer as of 20 years ago im told– and no extension of my remodled house. Called franks septic a half dozen times asking for drawings and to find out where the leech lines went, and they were not willing to help and made me feel like a least priority job. Even was told«this is going to cost you… But ill attempt to contact Sean and see if he has a minute to call» he never did. $ 15000 is what they were paid for a job they didnt complete and wouldnt help with afterwards. I called DeLaTorre to help locate the leech lines– they were very courtious, and very timely. They researched county documents and even came over after hours to help me determine where the leech lines went and to give me wonderful upkeep advice. Highly recommended, professional company and will use again if ever needed! Thanks!
