I have been a resident at Camden Parc previously known as Canyon Creek for many years and I couldn’t be happier now as a current tenant. The newly owned complex is under renovation and I recently moved into one of the new units and am ecstatic about the new construction. Thanks to Joy, Collette and her management team, I had a smooth transition from the old apartment to the new one. Joy has been very nice and proactive with any questions or concerns I may had. Overall. I am happy with management and my new home!

Horrible management and service, do not recommend. Also had to have the house sprayed twice since I moved in and I’ve lived there for 3 months. And despite paying rent on time I still cannot get good service from he office. They are helpful until you move in.

We moved here recently and we love it! It’s under remodel right now but they never bother us with the noise and it’s going to look spectacular when it’s done! The management is very polite and responds quickly to all our request. Rent is very reasonable and affordable. The neighborhood is good and we never feel unsafe. I would say a very great place to live!

My fiancé and I just moved here to Camden Parc on 11/​26/​2015 from down south. So far we absolutely love it. The leasing specialists, Collette and Carlee, and manager, Joy, have been nothing but helpful and professional. I’m excited to see how this place turns out once the renovations are all done and I am so excited to call this new place my home.
I love our apartment, our landlord and I’m so excited to see what Vacaville has to offer. :)
