Bath and Body Works

I have a love/​hate relationship with this chain. Sometimes the aromas are much too strong, but the ones I like I really really like. And then you fall in love with a particular scent and when you come back to buy one more bottle of the stuff, it’s already been discontinued. Moral of the story is… buy what you like and buy one extra, just in case.
They always seem to have some sort of weird convoluted sale on — buy 1, get 2 at 15% off, or buy 1 and get 1 smaller sized version for free, or whatever. They are creative, I’ll give them that, but this store, as another shopper mentioned, is not really an outlet with any more bargains than any other BBW.
Sometimes the sales girls are a little pushy, but what I read as pushy may read to someone else as friendly, so I’ll just let it go. Seems like they are all over you when you first walk in, and then 10 minutes later, a sales person is hard to find — or is that just my luck?!

Won’t be treated rudely there again!!! Purchased BOGO candles. No price signage & paid $ 8 per candle previously so $ 24.95 ea was surprising. Still made purchase but forgot my 20% off phone coupon. Returned next day and asked associate if we could still get our 20% off. She said YES! That was until mgr, Paola came over. Initially we thought she was completing credit but when she handed us receipt she’d simply recharged us ENTIRE amount! She said she wouldn’t honor because it was 1 day only. I had the coupon that day. We’d asked other associate before the fiasco started, and since she told us they WOULD credit us we were more than surprised at Paola’s rude and condescending attitude. So we took the candles back and won’t be returning. The candles only burn halfway anyway so not a great product for that price.

It is very clean here and the ladies are very helpful.
I love all the different candles, hand soaps, body wash and fragrances they have here.
Not exactly outlet prices but great deals during their sales. Bring your coupons they honor them here also.

I only come here when they are having their semi annual sale or when they discontinue a product they can sell it for up to 70% off. My fav is the pure paradise lotion. It’s unfortunate that they no longer offer the $ 10 off w/​a purchase of $ 30 or more that is printed on the receipt and all you need to is fill out their survey online or by phone and you get a confirmation number at the end of the survey and you can bring it in the next time you visit the store again if you are purchasing over $ 30 and all you need to do is show the cashier and they will apply the discount.

Great place to shop for your hand soap. They are very welcoming and have great customer service. The store was very clean and well kept up. I am a very pleased and happy customer. I will come back.

Even though it is in the outlets, if you go during the week the crowd is much more do-​able.

I really like this store. I like that they have something for everyone and they are constantly coming up with new scents yet still stock the older items. The selection can be a little intimidating because there is so much but the sales associates are very friendly and helpful should you have any questions.
For those people who are sensitive to certain fragrances, Bath and body works does stock fragrances for those whom are sensitive. This is a great place to shop for gifts for anyone because the selection is huge. There are different lotions, body washes and hand sanitizers to choose from.
My favorite thing the get here is the candles. They come in nice glass jars and can make a room smell great even without lighting them. Just like the lotions and body washes that come in a lot of scents, the candles are they same way.
One thing that I have encountered on several occasions is that the sales associates will allow you to use their coupons even if they aren’t valid yet. This is really convenient because it saves me a trip and allows me to maximize my discount.

All items are regularly priced and even the sales aren’t that great unless you come at the end of the season, so just stick to your normal BaBW in the mall and don’t waste your time driving here if you don’t have to.
The sales rep who was on the floor literally gave me a look up and down (twice, actually. I guess I looked like I didn’t have money that day, despite having bags in hand) and when she decided that I wasn’t up to snuff rudely brushed by me and helped someone else. Not only was she dismissive and rude she was incredibly loud and obnoxious and I could hear her asking the lady she was assisting personal questions I could tell she was uncomfortable. She was pushing a sale of Wallflowers pretty aggressively.
I felt uncomfortable and left.
I won’t come here again.

Excellent store and exceptionally courteous and helpful staff. I went in to buy something for my wife for Christmas and, despite the expected crowds and business during that time, Tori showed my sons and I around the store and took the time to explain and recommend products she thought my wife would enjoyed based on my comments. She also pointed out sales and made sure I received any discounts available.
Thank you Bed and Body works, and especially Tori! My wife enjoyed the gifts.

I came to this location because I was told it was an outlet store. Wrong! But seeing as I drove here from Sacramento, I thought it would be wise to at least look around. They had a few sales going on, as they always do. I did end up purchasing some items so all in all it was an okay trip, but I wish I hadn’t driven an hour away to do so. Grrr.
Large store, lots of selections, super friendly employees and plenty of parking.
They discounted my favorite scent, Midnight Pomegranate, and they didn’t have the scent I wanted in the mason jar candles (which is what was on sale). These issues are the store’s fault, but corporate’s.

Buying more bath wash/​bubble bath soap.

Disappointing that it’s not an actual outlet like the one down in Gilroy but its still a decent regular bath and body works store. Easier to get in and out of when you don’t want to go all the way into a regular mall. Staff is always helpful except when it comes time to check out they never have enough registers open.

Smelly goodness

I’m not sure if this is actually an outlet. Another Unilocal reviewer mentioned that it’s just a normal Bath and Body Works, and from my experience, it definitely seemed that way. It had all the usual products; nothing seemed different here.
However they had different sales than the SF one, so I’m not sure if the sales run on a regional or store-​by-​store basis. I came with someone who was looking for candles and the SF branch didn’t have any specials on offer, but this location had a 2 for $ 20 deal on, so who knows.
This location is pretty big too, so if you like this shop, you’d probably find what you’re looking for here.

I am like a bad kid who doesn’t learn their lesson. I go into Bath and Body Works all the time, never buy anything, and leave with a headache.
They should sell Advil and Tylenol here.

The sales girls here were so nice and friendly. I was on a mission to find something natural and not artificial and citrusey smelling. They were really well versed in their product lines and helped me out a lot.
