Won’t come here again. I waited for about 10+ minutes for someone to come out. No one was looking like they worked here. Don’t know if they have a staffing challenge or what. But they should probably close this one down

Well I just had a horrible experience with the Baskin-Robbins store at 8:12 Alamo Dr., Vacaville, CA95688 I got a Sundae with two scoops of ice cream hot fudge caramel and nuts, my husband got a banana split we brought them home to eat and was amazed that there was hardly any ice cream and either one of our menu items we had chosen, This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had an ice cream shop. There was a bunch of kids working in there that didn’t give a shit about anything the store was filthy the ice cream coolers windows hadn’t been cleaned in weeks so many scuff marks everywhere the tables and floor were disgusting. I will never go back to Baskin-Robbins again this is the second time this is happened and it is not acceptable. Walter

This location is dumb! I stopped in after work today to try the Flavor of the Month(for June 2015), and THEYDON’T HAVEIT! I mean, how do you NOT have the same Flavor of the Month as advertised by Baskin-Robbins?!? Seriously, if you’re going to be a good franchise, then you better stay current. If you want to keep your return customers, then you better stay current. And if you want to make long-time BR customers like myself happy, then you BETTER. STAY. CURRENT!!!

I don’t come here for the ice cream. I come for the Dunkin Donuts Original Coffee K-Cups. I love Dunkin Donuts. This is my husbands and mine’s preferred brand. I always call before I drive there. If they have specials on the K-Cups they might be out of them. We can only get K-Cups here. Or you can buy the Dunkin Donuts Coffee grounds in bulk from Costco. Every once in a while, I’ll get my children a small ice cream.

It’s a franchise-small stuff as all the others. No violations of child labor observed. My 4 year dropped his cone at it was gladly replaced. Tuesday is their dollar night with a kids cone at one buck(.79 discount). Ice cream is «fresh» and the store stays busy. See you there!

An experiment in child labor… I walked into BR this afternoon to a lobby full of customers and 3 kids working behind the counter. The youngest, a boy who looked 10 or 12 and two girls who were older, however I’m not sure either was 16. These must be the children of the owner and if I had to guess, the owner/father was the man standing on the customer side of the counter issuing orders to the kids who seemed not to know what the heck they were doing. I haven’t been to this location in a while, assuming it has been recently sold? I ordered a Mocha Blast and instead of a frosty, slushy consistancy, it was barely blended liquid with chunks of ice so large, they kept getting stuck in the straw, much more like an iced coffee than what I ordered. If I didn’t feel so bad for the kids, I would have asked that it was remade. Instead, I will visit another location… TERRIBLE product and bad customer service.
