I am an Ann girl. I have been to practically every AT, Factory store, Loft and Loft outlet in Northern Ca. I have always received good service and been valued as a customer. This store isn’t as new and pristine as the Livermore store but the staff at this location is much better.

The selection of clothes is not so great here compared to the one in San Leandro. It sort of reminds me of a Talbots which is more cluttered and geared towards more mature ladies. The only plus is there is a bigger selection of jewelry and shoes though I coud not find my size.

Never in my life did I think I would actually love Ann Taylor stores, but I guess this is what having a grown-​up job does to a person. This place rules for work clothes, especially all the pants in the clearance section. If you sign up for their e-​mails, you’ll get much better deals than the regular sales. The service has always been good, but I really wish they’d stop asking me every time I go in to sign up for one of their credit cards. They push those hardcore.
