Our experience with Allegiant Property Services has been fantastic! Kari has provided first rate service throughout our tenure in Vacaville and has gone the extra mile to ensure a smooth transition out of the property (Military relocation). The open communication and transparency has been awesome and as a result we received our full security deposit. I understand the previous management company encountered some financial difficulty and as a result Allegiant was faced with a number of residual issues to clean up. That being said, Kari has gone out of her way to ensure our needs were addressed and I would highly recommend Allegiant Property Services to anyone seeking property management services!

Kari at Allegiant Property Services did a great job managing the condo that I was renting. I had read the Unilocal reviews prior to signing my contract. Yet after meeting Kari and the professionalism she showed regarding my business, I decided to use her services. Kari was very open about the problems she had to deal with from the previous account holder. Throughout my rental period, Kari was on top of everything including repairs etc. I did get my security deposit back from the owner within the 21 day period. I was completely satisfied with the services.

Allegiant Property Services took over the accounts of Molin Properties. Molin Properties went under due to suspicious activities. Our family was renting a home that was transferred to Allegiant Property Services, but we were not informed about our missing security deposit until after we moved out of the rental home. The home owner brought to our attention what was happening, but the whole time Allegiant Property Services led us to believe that we would get our security deposit back. The homeowner wanted to give us our full deposit back. We rented from Feb 2012 to Feb 2014. Allegiant Property Services knew our security deposit was missing in Nov 2013. I would advise people to be careful when dealing with this property management company. They were not forthcoming and did not have our best interest at heart.
