If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The baseball organization our kids play for buy all their uniforms from them, so we have to buy them there. They printed my sons all star jersey with the name and number off centered to the right. Not terrible but its noticeable and when you pay that much money it should be done right. I mean they are professionals right? My husband went there to see if they could make it right and all he got was bad customer service. Not only would Mike(owner?) not fix the mistake he told my husband next time they’ll print it too far to the left to even it out!!! Rude! My husband and I print shirts and have spent hours making sure logos, names and numbers are straight before we press it! BADPRODUCTISBADBUSINESS!!!

Don and Jordan do exceptional printing and are great to work with. They helped me with some bicycle jerseys for a charity ride and the final product looks great. Highly recommended

I worked with Don on a last minute order not for a school or sports team. He was kind and prompt in getting information to me. A bit over priced, but worth it for fast friendly customer service.

I purchased a PE pack for my child that is attending Vanden high school. They were very helpful with sizing help. Also my son lost the combo to his lock and they called the school for me to try to get the combo. When the school didn’t respond in 24 hours, Layla told me just to come in and they would exchange it for a new one. She was super nice and helpful.

Consider this a public service message: If you use Special T’s for your letterman jacket patch sewing, it will cost you 200% more than any other comparable business would charge. Took jacket in to have a lot of patches sewn on and was shocked when they said it’d be $ 178. I expressed shock and questioned how much it was, but the owner’s son assured me it was the going rate. I didn’t get to see a breakdown so I just assumed it was just what I was going to have to pay. Well, the guy was lying; it is NOT the going rate. Comparable businesses charge $ 6-$ 8 a patch; Special T’s charged me $ 12 for every patch and $ 24 to move a patch. Highway robbery! They also made a series of errors that now need to be corrected including sewing the cross-country patch on her academic letter and her academic lamp on her athletic letter. Seriously? Don, who works there, is a sweetie, but the owner’s son is incredibly rude and IMHO dishonest. When I tried to discuss the excessiveness of the charges, he made a scoffing noise. It’s a shame a business has been turned over to such a kid with no sense of customer satisfaction and obvious disdain for his customer base. Other than to return the jacket so they can correct thier errors, I will never use them again and want to warn everyone else. They are shockingly overpriced! For the same work at another place in town, I’d have paid $ 80 rather than $ 178. Lesson learned, I should’ve researched prices before, but it NEVER occurred to me there could be such a huge disparity in pricing. The owner’s son is going to run that business right into the ground.

One word explains this store– RUDE! No customer service whatsoever and very unaccomodating. For a local store you would expect more. Avoid them if you can and go online. Beware…
