Accurate heating & air SAVED MY LIFE during this summers ongoing heat waves! It was 109 degrees when my AC decided to die on me! Imagine the hottest day of the summer and your car has no Ac and overheats leaving you stranded! That’s what it felt like… in the desert… sooo long story short, Sue, the lady in the office was the NICEST person to work with! Super attentive and always kept in touch to confirm appointments and keep me up to date as to what was happening. They helped me get a huge rebate back from the installation and the techs were amazingly professional and thorough. Will absolutely continue to use their services and refer to my friends and family. THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Installed a new system in my 150 year old house. It NEVER cooled the upstairs adequately. It broke down 3 – 4 times in 4 years. The installer replaced the mother board improperly and had to order another one. Weeks without heat. Today I called because the A/​C isn’t working and they said the would not service it because I had not purchased a tie in service warranty this type of warranty is illegal in California.
Avoid them they misrepresent are generally non responsive and have illegal practices

This is a review of the AC unit we purchased from Accurate Heating and Air. My husband and I did a lot of research before we settled on which brand of AC we were going with. We decided to go with Accurate as they sold the American Standard brand we wanted to buy. Two weeks after our unit was installed, the condenser went out on our unit!!! Mind you, I used the AC three times since the installation!!! We went back and forth on whether or not we should buy the AC this year, or wait and suffer through the remainder of summer and fall. We decided to spend the $ 6400.00 this year, and here we are in another heat wave, my check has been cashed and we’re still suffering! I have ZERO confidence in the American Standard brand! It lasted TWO WEEKS???

So living in Morgan park and our ac started leaking water right next to the unit. We did the logical thing and told Morgan park who sent one of their handymen, he came in and said they would have to call there group that they rely on. When Alan Tibbett arrived he was friendly and showed me exactly what was going on. He explained that there was a clog and took care of it then fixed a pipe issue, so when I leave Morgan park and my ac is crapping out on me I know I will be calling this group again.

It was time to have a new a/​c and heater unit put in. I received 2 other quotes from 2 different HVAC companies. No one made me feel more at ease and certain than this company. I’m so happy with the decision we made! I’m huge on customer service, if you don’t have it, your not getting my business. Well this company definitely provided me with just that. Our very friendly sales rep, Garrett, made sure my husband and I understand and were comfortable with their installation procedure. In the office, the very knowledgeable and friendly Sue helped us with financing. The installers were quick and super friendly. They showed us their work after they were finished with the install making sure we were comfortable with everything. I’d definitely recommend using Accurate Heating to anyone! Oh, and I also appreciated that there was no pressure to use them after we received their quote.

These guys are the best my air went out this summer I called every heating and air conditioning place in Solano County talked to them all on the phone I had 3 different companies come out to my house these guys were the best they replace my central heating and air conditioning and they even did it on the weekend

I have used this company before, and thought they were a little high, but the technician was courteous and got the job done.
But I called them out again to work on a commercial unit, where the tenant has specific hours. They would not schedule an appointment to meet her needs, and did not even have the courtesy to call her to arrange a time that worked for both of them. When I tried to insist, the secretary HUNG UP ON ME! I will NEVER use this company again.
