These guys were great. We had a bunch of extremely old locks which they were able to re-​key and clean so that they now work as good as new. They had to install a new lock cylinder on a 3^rd door. we ended up with 3 keys for a total of 11 doors which is pretty good given all the doors were very different and of different ages. The main entrance doors to my house had not had working keys for decades and now they do thanks to this great work.
They even adjusted a couple doors for us so that they opened and closed more easily. The service and skill of this entire organization was superb and their attitude was was very positive.

Wonderful service! I called with just two days notice to make an appointment to re-​key all the locks in our newly-​purchased house. Josh took care of us soup to nuts in under 45 minutes, while offering some useful home security advice. Will definitely call them again if the need arises in the future.

Excellent! Josh was our technician who came to our new home in Worcester to change the locks. We ended up having five-​six locks to change. When I originally called I said «three» not realizing that each key slot was considered separate — I counted by door — whoops! Luckily Josh informed me of this and was totally fine with it, and he went to work. He was super-​nice and pleasant and did his job quickly and correctly.
We are very pleased with the service Josh provided. Also, the man who answered the phone when I called to make the appointment was SUPER nice. Overall a great company to deal with!

Recently bought a used food trailer that had a professional grade refrigerator and freezer inside of it. Each unit is equipped with a lock to ensure the doors don’t swing open in transit. Well when we bought the trailer, the keys were missing. Mike came to our location and had the locks replaced within 15 minutes. He even called later in the day to make sure we were satisfied with the service. We sure were!
We’ll always call Blackstone Valley Lock for any of our lock and key needs. It’s a great local business that definitely aims to please their customers.
