Excellent interaction at the service and parts desk. Needed parts for my snowblower and the guy behind the counter was super friendly and more then willing to find the parts I needed as well as go over a short explanation with me on installing the parts. Salesman went above and beyond what I expected and to top it off printed out a parts diagram for me. Saved me a bunch of money being I didn’t have to drop it off to them to work on, at $ 88 n hour labor I’ll do it myself.

This is my go-to place for lawn and snow equipment. The staff is very knowledgeable and I’ve even received advice or instruction over the phone on a couple occasions. I’ve found their prices to be usually identical to the big box stores and equipment was assembled while I waited. When I bought my snow blower, they took me through the steps for starting. That is wonderful for when they have customers who want to use their new item right away! If I’m getting great service and supporting a local business, why wouldn’t I go there?

Everything takes forever and is very expensive. I only come here when I absolutely must. Huge selection and most of staff seems knowledgeable. But it’s annoying how long it takes to get help in person, get a service appointment or get transfered to proper person on phone.

I bought a snowblower here online last weekend. Their online site said it was the last one in stock. I received a confirmation that my order was filled and would be available for pick up at the Utica location(no promise date) right after my credit card was charged on Saturday night. On Monday morning, I received an email indicating it would be available for pick up on Thursday. On Tuesday morning, I got a call stating that no snowblowers were available and that their system didn’t really capture inventory(so why have an online system to accept orders???). I was transferred to «sales» and was told that there was a more expensive blower available. After a few additional emails and calls, I asked if I could get the more expensive blower for the lower price since it was their mistake and didn’t have the electric start I wanted. I was told that was not possible. I ended up canceling my order and I don’t think I particularly enjoyed the bait and switch or bad online ordering system. I subsequently got another call that they couldn’t find a snowblower anywhere that I had ordered and that a more expensive one was available again. I don’t think I will shop here again. Very disappointing experience.
