What can I say? I first attended Jacobs when I was 13-​years-​old in 1980. To this day I continue to return as a professional and as a parent of two campers this summer.

I agree with everything Cori said. I still miss Jacobs even though its been almost 10 years since I last stepped foot there. From seeing old friends the first day, making new ones, and I can’t forget the pancakes and Herbie burgers. Some of my best times were spent here over the five summers I was there, and I will never forget those. Thanks is a great word to use for Jacobs. I was also surprised by this being on here though.

What can I say about HSJ?
What do you say about the place where you spent 13 summers of your life? About a place that still comes to mind first everytime you smell fried chicken? About a place that you still can’t explain to everyone else? About a place that gave you your oldest friends, that still has you singing the wrong lyrics to songs, that still makes you laugh at jokes from 15 years ago? About a place that helped raise you?
