Apparently, the customer service went way downhill. I tried placing an order on Mother’s Day, and the woman on the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude. This was not the first time that this has happened. The other time, I dined in. I ended up buying my pizza somewhere else. To be honest, I don’t know if I want to come here again.

The hubby and I stopped in for the first time on a Saturday afternoon, based upon a recommendation. We ordered two pizzas to go, then sat and watched them make them. We both appreciated the thin crust and light-on-sauce aspects of the pizza, however, we were both hoping for a bit more Cheese and a crispier crust. We’ll try them again and see if they were, perhaps, just having an off day. The flavors of the pizza were wonderful.

If you’re looking for an amazing pizza, look no further than Tivoli’s. The pizza is phenomenal! The wood fire oven allows for the most delicious crust. When I go, there isn’t an ounce of leftovers. They also have excellent salad and mouth watering cheese breadsticks.

This place is pretty good! We ordered an order of the cheese bread and two different pizzas for dine in and a pizza to go. The bread sticks were thick, crunchy on the bottom and extremely fluffy on the inside with loads of melted cheese and Italian seasoning. It comes with a side of(cold) red sauce… why don’t people in the Midwest ever warm up red sauce like they do on the east coast?! it immediately seizes up the hot stretchy cheese(notice next time you order mozzarella sticks, breadsticks or even pizza your side of sauce will be cold) and the contrasting temps gross me out… /rant. The breadsticks are good though once you decide not to dip them in anything. The tivolis special– that pizza was great! Lots of meats and the perfect crunchy crust from the oven! Multicheese pizza– I don’t care for cheese but Mr. V is a pizza purest and loved it so much that he got another to go so he could eat it later!(They give you ½ off when you order to go) Overall, this place is pretty good! I’d definitely come back here if I wasn’t in the mood for 112. I would recommend trying them out if you haven’t already :)

Tivoli’s wood fire pizza how can you go wrong when you are in the area? They have a great special going for lunch 2 slices and a large soft drink only $ 6. Great deal for some great pizza. I had the Chicago style which is a very nice thick and tasty piece of pizza. The version that they had was a salami and meat lovers it was very tasty. While I was there I couldn’t help but notice that the pizzas or coming out of the brick oven very hot and very awesome. Tivoli’s also has some of the best cannolis around they are the ricotta cheese version and they are made Fresh So the shell is very crispy they are quite good. Don’t forget to try the salad while at tivoli’s their salad is very good especially the anti pasta version. I’m glad I’m not in the area more often as I have a very hard time driving by without stopping for a couple slices while in the neighborhood. Don’t miss tivoli’s you will enjoy it.

Good italian style pizza. I just wish it was more filling for the price you pay. The different toppings with cheese are really delicious. Would recommend this place for sure! The atmosphere is nice and the service is pretty quick.

What’s better then brick oven pizza you ask? NOTHING! This place has it all. The flavors in the pizza are ones to make your taste buds water for more. Why go to all the«name brand» pizza places when you have a place like Tivolis right around the corner. This is a must try and must have pizza joint! I just wish I lived closer so I can enjoy it more often!

This pizza is done of the best! They have lots of great options(if they had ranch for dipping I know it would make some of my friends even happier), even still, pizza is fresh and yummy!!!

One of my favorite local pizzeria restaurants! Great variety of pizza(toppings and type of pizza) including delicious, authentic neapolitan pizza. Good menu with Italian favorits. I need to explain their paninis are not sandwich bread pressed on a grill. They literally make a pizza, fold it in half & toast it — that is their panini! It’s huge and packed with toppings & flavor! Breadsticks are good, pizza is good, restaurant is clean. Service is on the slow side. But the food is worth everything here!

The service has improved by leaps & bounds since shortly after the reopening. And the servers they have working are rockstars.

This hometown joint near downtown Utica is in cute little plaza off of Van Dyke. It looks to be family owned and very straight out of Italy the minute you walk in. Got some carry out one night and their is fabulous thin crust brick oven baked. They have a lot of the typical american favorites but also the traditional italian ones. Their ingredients taste fresh and their wings are unique– italian breaded and baked Definitely need to go dine in sometime.

Best pizza in the area! I’ve had my fair share of pizza in Chicago, but my husband and I both agreed we preferred Tivoli’s Chicago style more! Pizzas are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Great service every time.

Great authentic Italian Pizza. I have been to Italy several times and this place makes similar pizza to what I have eaten in Italy. The atmosphere and the service are great.

Great pizza, salad was nice too. Good place for a sit down dinner. It was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday night. Authentic Italian style pizza, is overpriced for a pizza, but if you are looking for somehting in this area, this is good. Quality was excellent, really good meats on the antipasta salad. Nice dining area since it was remodeled last year.

The place is easy to miss while driving by for sure. It’s in a little plaza but it is well worth the stop. It’s quaint inside and all of the guys behind the counter greet you when you walk in, I felt so special. A group of us got a nice big table in the corner and the waitress was more than willing to explain pretty much the entire menu to us and the difference between the toppings and the types of pizza. god love her! I got me a glass of Chardonnay and I opted for the Polpette, 6 meatballs with red sauce and topped with ricotta cheese. It was beyond amazing! It was so filling and I ate the entire thing. All of the other gals got a pizza. The Sfiziosa seemed to be the winning pie, even the waitress said it was her favorite. Mozzarella, parma cotto, sliced tomatoes, finished with grated parmigiano reggiano, and fresh arugula. Brick oven style and delicious! I will definitely come back here again.

Ive stopped in for slices 2 times & they were okay, BUT I understand its a former fresh slice re-heated in the oven. Okay on Thursday 5−15−14 finally trying a fresh thin crust. When I called she offered me three choices New York Style Chicago Thin Crust I chose the thin crust with Double Sauce Ham Mushrooms Banana Peppers $ 13.75 for a small 8 slice Yes it was very good, nice & thin. sandy bottom & fresh –plentiful toppings.
