Where do I begin, probably with the fact that as I got there the young woman behind the counter was cursing in front of my three children. When we finally did get our food we were overcharged at first until I realized the overcharge. After that we walked over to get salsa and there was none left nor was it refilled the whole time we were there. The place was an absolute mess, the garbage was overflowing and nobody was doing anything behind counter except for talking with each other and laughing. This place used to be good, I will definitely not be coming here ever again. The chipotle right down the street takes care of their facilities much better.

Welcome to Moe’s. Moe’s is a franchised Mexican version of Subway subs. Same idea, pick a dish and put the toppings on you want. Pass the dish down the assembly line to the end. It’s not like a sit down specialty Mexican Restaurant, but as far as fast and good, it’s much better than the franchise with that annoying Chihuahua.

My first time at this location and my boyfriends first time at this chain. Very friendly staff that was helpful in assisting us in our choices. Food was prepared well and you get a decent amount for the most part. Very similar to chipotle but I wouldn’t put this restaurant above chipotle. Restaurant seemed well kept and the location was very convenient for us as we were passing through on our way to Buffalo. Overall a good place to stop.

Nothing exceptional it’s the Subway of Mexican like fast food. Kitchen looks clean as does the dinning area although they must get their electricity for free cuz the AC had to be cranked down to at least 65 °F.
The soft shell tacos were ok again nothing exceptional but certainly a good value. Chips were stale — threw them out.

The staff here is always energetic and enthusiastic. They prepare the food well. The only complaint I would have is that they always seem to have to throw some steak on the grill when you order it… which I suppose is good because it hasnt been sitting around all day. The Coke Freestyle machine is pretty awesome. There’s a soft serve frozen yogurt place next door, but it would be nice if Moe’s had deserts… other than the cookies which aren’t very good.
