Cookies by Design

Couldn’t have been happier with the beautiful cookie bouquet. There are so many design choices, it was fun to see what they had. Staff was friendly and helpful, delivery was on time. Would not hesitate to go there again.

It’s a pleasure to rate Cookies By Design. This franchise has a «Top Gun «attitude, wonderful employees and a excellent customer service. Before moving out west I had lived in Urbandale and on many, many occasions I used Cookies By Design for both business and personal deliveries and I had nothing but the best customer service anyone could receuve, I would be hard pressed to believe that anyone could have a poor experience with Cookies By Design in Urbandale.
I ‘m sure there are, at times, as with any company, issues at hand, but on any occasion things can be worked out with a good attitude by either party. I have experienced the following with Cookies By Design:

I have also found that the company is very willing to work with different design ideas to come up with exactly what I want to order, and then more !

This guy is a total douche every time I’ve tried to call. Not only does he talk to his customers like they’re stupid, he’s also unfriendly on top of it, like doing his job is an inconvenience. Definitely will not even think about calling here again.
