The staff here is very friendly. Not sure about their level of knowledge, as I was simply browsing, but I would expect that they know what they’re talking about. You don’t get to be dealers of the high-​end products they have here if you only possess Best Buy level knowledge.
The staff was very friendly, but not to the point of annoying. They greeted us when we came in, they were fine with the fact that we were just browsing, and they left us alone to look around. They didn’t hover, trying to get us to buy something. They didn’t watch us like hawks like we were going to break or steal something.
One of them asked a few friendly questions when we wandered into the big theater room in the back where he happened to be organizing some items. Nothing pushy at all.
While we weren’t in the buying mode that day, they treated us very respectfully, and that combined with the fact that they carry some really top notch brands means that when I am in the market to make a purchase, Audio Video Logic will be a candidate for that sale.
