Never gives total over the phone. Order is always ready fast.“like scary fast”. No matter how many times I’ve asked or no matter how hard I emphasize that I like spicy! It never is!

The quality of food is okay, just so so. But the best is that it is very cheap and super quick. No need to wait. Also close to my department

I always get the same thing: veg lo mein and an egg roll, and I tried the wonton soup once. Everything is mediocre and sometimes unpleasant to eat, but you get what you paid for. Out of the four times I went there I got one undercooked eggroll(frozen in the middle), one oil-dripping eggroll, two good eggrolls, 3 out of 4 times the lo mein was tasty but the last time I got it tasted gross(like it had been refrigerated for a while). The wonton soup was too salty and the wonton are the same that you expect fried(not the thin translucent dumplings). I’m going to find another place, but unfortunately this one is the only one in southeast Urbana :(

Best ttakeout Chinese food in CU. We used to live in SE urbana and moved to NW Champaign. I just drove a half hour for this after craving it and it was an excellent decision. Eat here.

Price is great, quick service, good food, good portions. In not so desirable neighborhood. Situational awareness!!!

I called in my order and it was done by the time I got there about 10 minutes later. Very fast and efficient– It’s fast Chinese food but it’s better than the Panda Express type places. I enjoyed the crab rangoon especially. Make sure to ask for sweet and sour sauce if you order the crab rangoons as it is not assumed.

I thought this place was pretty average as far as Chinese food goes. Decided to try it out because other reviewers mention the plethora of vegetarian options. On the menu itself there are no more vegetarian options than most Chinese places offer. However, they will vegetarian-ize most of the meat dishes(I got General Tso’s Tofu). That said, it was not the greatest tofu I’ve had – kind of mushy, sauce was a bit watery(…or oily… honestly I couldn’t tell which). It also was not spicy at all. I’m sure they’ll make it spicier if you ask, so if you like your food spicy you should probably request it. My food tasted alright and was definitely a generous portion, plenty for leftovers. Service was quick and the place looked clean. The food was just very… average.

General Tso’s Chicken is one of my favorite dishes, and this place has the best General Tso’s I’ve ever tasted. You also get A LOT for what you pay. I often end up eating my leftovers for lunch and dinner the next day. Their crab ragoon is so good — fried to a crisp, filled full. It is always warm with cool, gooey cream cheese in the center. Even their egg rolls are some of the best I’ve ever had. The only thing that bothers me(the food is so good, though, I don’t even care) is the language barrier. No matter how I phrase it, I always end up with different portions/variations on my dish. I have never gotten the same thing there twice or paid the same price twice. You always get A TON of whatever entrée you order, but sometimes you get a small order of rice, sometimes you get a large. Sometimes it’s fried rice, whether you say fried or not, and sometimes, you get an egg roll, whether you ask for it or not. So if you think that will bug you, maybe the place isn’t for you, but this place has some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The price is always great for a poor student like me, too; a great Friday night date, Wok take out and a movie on Netflix.
