We were surprised by the low reviews. We thought it was great! Hardy portions. Quick service. Friendly, knowledgable waitress. Great homemade hash. Everything was delish!

Thanks for another great breakfast. Really hot coffee(by request), my special snicker doodle topped with a shot of espresso, and a diet-conscious meal. Fantastic service. They can’t do enough to please you. Because it is so popular, sometimes you have to wait to be seated, but everyone in line is pleasant and cheery. Be patient, it’s worth the wait. Fair pricing and plenty of menu choices.

my boyfriend and i are buying a house in the area, and came here for breakfast with my parents after our home inspection. at about 11am on a saturday, the joint was jumping. good news is that there is a healthy amount of tables and counter space, and our wait was only about 10 minutes. word to the wise– if you’ve never been here before, you can expect a HUGE menu as well as a bevvy of daily specials. my dad can be a bit of a joker, and our spicy waitress actually started making up extra specials on the spot just to give him grief(trust me– he deserved it). the menu is your classic mix of egg combination platters along with pancakes & waffles, omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, bennys, and a la carte sides. my mom and i each got an omelette, my dad got an egg breakfast combo, and my boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich. portions were large, and everything was tasty. i got the everything omelette which is a combination of their meat lovers and vegetarian omelettes. chock full of, well, everything, this omelette was very satisfying. i got rye toast and home fries(cubed potatoes, not shredded) which i asked for«burnt.» my rye was just fine, but my potatoes were underdone. they looked like they had a lot of flavor, but were too greasy for me to justify eating since they weren’t as done as i like. my boyfriend’s pastrami egg sandwich hit the spot for him. we shared a side of the homemade corned beef hash which definitely had more corned beef than potato. i do recommend ordering a side of this, if only for the table to share. since we’re new to the area, we have many places to explore, but i do think we’ll be back. with great service and decent food, which seems to depend somewhat upon what you order, i think this is a solid spot for breakfast.

Food was fine. My mom had scrambled eggs, fruit, and toast. I had a monte cristo with sweet potato hash browns and coffee milk. Love coffee milk! The service was awful. There was no host in sight so we found our own table. We then found our own menus. Once the waitress took our order, it took 20 – 30 minutes till we got our food. My drink was empty for 10+ minutes. Then it took a long time to get the check, and longer still to get her to run the credit card. Prob won’t return.

Went on a Friday morning and it was busy. Very quick service and very polite. It was very clean in there as well. The food was delicious and it as tottaly worth it. Was not expensive. Seated right away at the bar area, it was just me.

We’ve been loyal customers for years, but not after today. We’ve seen a steady decline in service over the past year or so but today was the worst. We arrived for breakfast at 10 and were seated right away. That was the high point of the meal. Coffee took 20 minutes, it took another ten before our completely overwhelmed waitress took our food order. A half hour later we ate. We all ordered omelette, 3 of the 4 were overlooked and the fillings were incorrect. Our waitress was very young, inexperienced, and overwhelmed. The place wasn’t that crowded, but everyone in our section had the same complaint. Never going back.

We have given this place a fair chance, with at least ten visits. Each time we have been, the service has been completely horrible and slow. Even when the place is almost empty, the service is still terrible. During our last experience, I counted seven occupied tables with 2 – 4 people seated at each, give or take a table or two during the time we were there. There were three waitresses on and there appeared to be at least two cooks on duty. There were four at our table. Approximately 20 minutes after ordering, one person’s plate came. Then 20 minutes later two side dishes came, then every five minutes or so, another part of the meal came. It took 50 minutes from the time the first plate was delivered for the four of us to receive the full breakfast order. The pancakes are worth the money for the portion size, but the side dishes are small servings and in my opinion overpriced. The other entrees seem about average size. The food is just average… not bad… not super impressive, either. On a good note, I will say the staff is always friendly. For that reason, and also in an effort to support local small businesses, we were willing to give it several chances. Unfortunately, we probably won’t return as there are a few other places just down the road that have proven to be far superior.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I’ve always had great service and great food. The wait staff is friendly, the coffee is always hot and fresh(even the decaf), and they have THEBEST Eggs Benedict!

our first visit there was a major disappointment. The waitress may have been young, but they weren’t that busy. We changed tables because we realized we were sitting on the busiest corner where the waitresses bring the food out. Once we moved, she took the order of the people who sat down after us and sat right next to us before she finally came to us. They had their food before we had ours. I asked if my eggs could be cooked more because when she brought them out my scrambled eggs had white blobs in them. She brought back the exact same eggs on the exact same plate and they were still under cooked. The bacon was tasteless. The sweet potatoes were a combination of possibly fresh ones, mixed with some from three days ago. I asked an older more experienced waitress if I could just get one sweet potato pancake and call it a day. I didn’t touch my toast, my eggs, or the sweet potato fries. I still ended up with a $ 24 bill for myself and my son.(whose fruit was brown). all they took off was the eggs even though I didn’t eat anything on the plate. Nobody seem to really care that the food was substandard. I will not be returning there again.

Stopped in for my first time on a weekday. Parking was okay. Waitress was a little slow. Didn’t come back with coffee until 45 minutes later when our food was served. My hash browns were cold and under cooked, I specified that I like them crispy. I never received my bacon and the waitress never came back so I couldn’t really ask for them… I wouldn’t recommend it. I should have driven an e extra 7 minutes to Jr’s Diner in Milford.

SLOOOOOOOW! Waited 50 minutes for two chicken wraps. It took so long, we had to get them to go(sorry, but I don’t get an hour and a half for lunch). It wasn’t even that busy. Bottom line… I won’t be going back. BTW, there are many more negative reviews that show as «not recommended» by Unilocal.Avoid this place.

Prior to today I would have given this place 5+ stars, except today our service wasn’t great. Normally, Rebecca’s is my absolute FAVORITE breakfast spot. I’ve been to probably 100’s of different breakfast restaurants and this one always stands out. Service is usually great, food is absolutely delicious and you can’t beat their prices. I especially love their flavored coffees that they offer. Snicker doodle and pumpkin spice are my favorite. Their beckys big breakfast is an amazing deal. Everything you could want for to eat for about $ 9. It is a small, quaint place with nice pictures on the wall. I drive from Framingham to go to Rebecca’s. With all this being said, our waitress today wasn’t great. She could also be heard numerous times getting into it with another waitress. Not very professional. Hopefully this was a one time thing, but we will be back !!

What a terrible way to start my day. I’ve been to Rebecca’s at least 10 times and every time the service is ridiculously slow. Don’t go here unless you have 2 hours to spare. Today we hit an all time record for bad service when after a 1.5 hour wait our water and coffees were empty, the tables to our left and right had been cycled and we still did not have our food. I flagged the waitress over and upon checking with the kitchen, she informed us they had«lost our ticket. It happens sometimes. I’m so sorry. It will be about 4 minutes. Do you still want your food?» First question — you are a waitress with five tables. Did you not notice that the only table that hadn’t turned over also didn’t have their food after over an hour? Really really REALLY?!! We said sure, we’d wait another 4 minutes. 20 minutes later ½ the food arrived. Sausage was cooked only on 1 side. Yum! Pancakes apparently take an additional 20 minutes because they arrived when we had legitimately lost interest in them and were ready to leave. What do we get to pay for all of this fun? Full price. Not even a cuppa coffee thrown in for your trouble. I will NEVER give my money or my time to this establishment again. You want great service, great food and a great start to your day in Upton? Go the the Coffee Bean directly across the street.

The food is delicious, the service is out of hand. They do not know how to run a business. An hour to wait for breakfast food is insane.

Solid breakfast place. Lots of options, Pricing is on the expensive side but the portions are right and the service isn’t bad. I like the way they season their home fries because a lot of time that’s either a hit or a miss. The café itself is very cute, the décor is adorable even. There’s two entrances. The parking can be hard to find but if you can get in, it’s an enjoyable experience!

I came in on a recommendation of a family member, sat immediately but then waited 20 minutes for a very slow waitress, the place was about half full. Another 15 minutes for her to come back and take orders and brought our drinks in disposable plastic cups. About another 30 minutes for breakfast which was incorrect. We left very displeased. I figured we could give them another try, after all everyone has a bad day, unfortunately we had the same experience when it was less busy. Slow staff and mediocre food but at least it was correct. I even asked about the plastic cups and the waitress said they don’t have enough cups for every one. I have seen good and bad reviews on Unilocal. If you are willing to risk having a good meal or a bad meal give it a try. If you want to be guaranteed a good meal with good service and an all around good experience don’t go to rebecca’s 3

Today’s experience was a stark improvement from my prior review. I was anticipating troubled service because it was Father’s Day, but the family was pleasantly surprised. We were a table of six, three adults and three children ranging in age from 6 to 14. The beverages came quickly, although the restaurant should consider switching to a better brand of coffee. The food order was accurate, condiments were appropriately supplied based upon the food ordered, and all of the food was delivered at the same time, which had been a historical problem based upon experience and other reviews. The waitress did a fantastic job checking in with the table and considering how busy the restaurant was, she maintained a pleasant personality throughout the service. The food is great at Rebecca’s, so it I am definitely pleased to see the vast improvement with table service. Today’s experience restored my desire to continue to patronage this restaurant.

No idea why this place is so busy. While there are few places I’ve been to that deserve zero stars, this is certainly one of them. So often reviews are swayed by food or service. This place is zero stars for both food an service. Their goal is to be a greasy spoon with some upscale breakfast items. It delivers on neither. Simple order pancakes, French toast, veggie omelet. Omelet/bacon comes out 20 min after the the rest of the order. Multiple inquires. Sorry it’s coming. Omelet was overlooked. Dry on the inside and burnt on the inside. Ham and sausage strewn throughout. Two bites were taken from the omelet and left it. Neither the waiter, manager, nor bus person inquired if everything was ok. Just cleared the full plate. Did apologize for the delay. If you’re looking for a comparable breakfast, I recommend you find a fast food joint or any place that can microwave your food for you. No idea who Rebecca is but she clearly has been able to make a business shoveling crap food to all those who choose to wait in line.

I’ve been coming to Rebecca’s 3 since they have opened in Upton MA. In my opinion the breakfeast is very, very good compared to Restaurants with-in a 15mi radius. Plus the pancakes are really yummy. Rebecca & John ALWAYS go out of there way to satisfy the customer. They will always make it right. I think the servers at Rebecca’s are very good… Holly’s my favorite waitress. My coffee is always topped off and the Resturant is always clean. My recommendation is the sirloin tips with eggs, home fries and oatmeal molasses bread… You will not be disappointed. Happy eating !!!

Great country breakfast with a great price, friendly and felt welcome from the moment I entered the place. A great place to stop for breakfast on a Sunday morning drive
