Reliable Solutions Moving

I’m absolutely horrified by this farce of a moving company. About a month ago, they assisted me with a move (and did a pretty good job of it), so I recommended them to a friend. Imagine my horror then, when my friend calls me today to say the movers were not only over an hour late, but when she called the manager in charge of her move to figure out what was going on, he called her a obscene name.
That’s right, one of the co-​owners of the joke of a moving company saw fit to call one of his customers outside of her name. There is absolutely no justification or explanation for this behavior. I am mortified to have recommended such a disrespectful, unprofessional, and offensive group of individuals who have the gall to call themselves a «reliable moving company». As movers, professionals, and basic human beings with respect for others, this joke of a «company» fails on all fronts. Do not waste your time, money, or energy on these degenerates.

Definitely do not recommend. I recently had a bad experience with this company. We had hired them, and on the day of the move, they called us to say that they were arriving late. Well, we ended up waiting for them for several hours, and in the end, they did not show up, and we ended up moving everything ourselves! While we were waiting, we tried calling them back several times and left voicemail messages, but no one picked up the phone. What’s the point of hiring movers if they don’t show up, and don’t care to pick up their phone?
