Worst customer service I’ve had in a longggg time. So much that I had to get on and write a review. I called simply asking for a price on a navi/​dvd installation on my car. First of all, the guy that answered the phone was a complete asshole from his tone he sounded like I was annoying or bothering him when I’m trying to put money in their pocket. Second, when trying to describe the head unit he wouldn’t even let me finish talking before he said «Whatever price I tell you means completely nothing right now, ok? Its a bunch of crap floating around on the internet if you cant tell me the exact brand of the head unit.65 bucks» like literally word for word this is what was said to me. At that point I’d had enough. To be cut off before I could even explain or he could get the details of the job I wanted done, he decided to be an asshole. You can’t treat potential customers like that and expect business. I’ll gladly take my BMW elsewhere.
