I went to the drive through at 10:50am on Sunday 1÷17÷2016. The lunch menu was showing so I ordered #7, 10pc McNuggets meal. When she gav me the total it was for the breakfast #7. When I asked about it she said it was 10:50 lunch was at 11:00. I stated that the lunch menu was posted so that was what I wanted. When I got to the window she was talking to some one one the headset she asked it I wanted the southern chicken biscuit, now 10:55. She said lunch wasn’t until 11:00 even though the menu had been changed to lunch they were still serving breakfast. No nuggets until 1100. Just stupid why was the breakfast menu gone then?

Ordered a large water cup and a large fry. They gave me a bottled water(which costs more) and barely filled my large with fries. It was more like a small or barely a medium. Some other guy came in while I was here and they got his order wrong 3 times. Not coming here ever again.

Apparently someone from upper management must have came down to straighten them out because now the service is better. Immediately when i pulled up i noticed that they now have a screen that displays your order so you can make sure that it’s correct. Sometimes they’ll even take your receipt to, i guess, make sure they’re doing it right. I can actually READ the receipts now. Before it seems for the longest time they were running out of ink and wouldn’t buy any more. Amazing how i rarely see the same person working there though. It seems either they have a LOT of employees or people come and go. Yes, they are doing better, thankfully

This McDonald’s Restaurant is the worst! I have lived in and traveled to many different states and countries, but this place is one to avoid. I often ask myself, «Why do I keep going here.» There’s only one answer — convenience. It’s literally 10 minutes from my house, and I can walk to it from work if need be, but from now on, I’ll be keeping away from this one completely. The customer service is horrible, for lack of a better term. I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant go through so many employees as this one, and NONE of them seem to care whether or not the customer is happy. I’ve been yelled at, ignored, and even cussed at by the employees as well as the many managers. I’ve never seen so much disrespect towards a customer before. Although, I must admit there is one girl that works there that is always nice and helpful, and I personally believe that she deserves a medal for working in the type of environment she has to. Besides the one employee, no one ever smiles or greets you with a «hello» or «how are you.» Tonight(Sunday, November 23, 2008) I went through the drive thru, which is supposed to be fast, right? Wrong! The machine in the front where you place your order was not working, so they have a poorly made sign written in incorrect grammar telling you to place your order at the first window. Once you pull around, you’re stuck. There’s no way to get out, so you have to sit there and wait. After about 15 minutes, I finally get to the first window and no one is there. Apparently they meant the second window. After another 15 minutes, I finally reach the second window and this woman is unbelievably rude. I was asked if I would be using cash or credit. I told her that I wasn’t sure because I don’t know what the final total would be. Next thing I know, I’m being yelled at because I’m taking too much time! I, who after waiting nearly 30 minutes, am taking too long? Sadly, I wasn’t surprised since this has happen happened before. There are four things you can expect from the food from this McDonalds; it’s going to be cold, the wrong order, missing something, or disgusting. Rarely will your order be exactly what you wanted. This place is a mess. Tables, floors, and even the counters are usually sticky and the self-serve soda and area is always a nasty mess. I just want to warn anyone and everyone who is thinking about going to this McDonald’s about the awful experiences I’ve encountered.
