Lee Hichul, DVM

I love Dr. Lee! I’ve been taking my Beagle to him since 2007 and I’ve never had any complaints. Everyone in his office is very friendly and it’s obvious they’re pet lovers which makes me feel good about taking my dog there. Dr. Lee has been very helpful in helping me understand how to deal with my dog’s epilepsy and he’s always been professional and available. I live about 20 minutes away now and still would not take my dog anywhere else!

Absolutely horrible. I base this on two incidents.
The first was when I took my new kittens in for neutering and spaying. When I returned to pick them up, they were covered in their own feces and I was sent home with them to clean up the mess. Yuck. I did not take my kitties back for stitches removal. I did it myself.
The second was when my elderly dog had an emergency. It was approximately 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. I called the office, frantic, and got the doctor on the line. I stated that my dog seemed to be having seizures and I needed to bring her in right away. The doctor stated that he was going home and couldn’t help me or my dog. I pleaded with him. Um, my dog is in crisis and you’re still there and I’m four blocks away and can be there in minutes. Um, nope, not good enough. I ended up taking my dog to Springfield Animal Hospital and I had to have her put down. The time delay for treatment probably didn’t make a difference in the outcome, but the doctor’s attitude was horrendous.
I still have pets and I will never go back to this vet.
