Dunkin’ Donuts

This drive thru DD is never open at 5:00Am. She is never there on time. So many people have gotten disgusted and now we go elsewhere. Certain items are not rung up, so I’m guessing it goes in her pocket. Little by little you are losing customers because they are sick and tired of the drive thru not being open when it supposed to. Get a. Employee who is there on time.

Horrible service every time. They constantly confuse my order and their coffee always seem watered down. Bagels are often over baked and not as courteous service as the Dunkins on 69^th st.

This DD drive thru is supposed to open at 5:00AM daily. I cannot even count how many times at 5:10, 5:15, 5:20, that your employee that works the window is late. This is a weekly occurrence. many people have stopped going there because they are so sick and tired of DD never being open. myself and my co-​workers go to Wawa, because they are open when we want our morning cup of coffee. start hiring people that can come to work on time.

Always get a fresh cup of Joe when I go there. Not much choice in the donut department.

Worse service ever! I stopped going to this DD for years because of it. Figured I would give it another try. Ordered a med ice coffee w/​whip cream and the guy wanted to charge me. I order the same iced coffee EVERY SINGLE DAY from DD and no one has ever charged me for whip. It’s not the .50 or so cents, it’s the principal!
I explained it to the cashier (a woman) and she was nice enough not to charge me, even when I insisted but the guy taking orders needs to be fired bc I think he was the reason why I stopped going there years ago. I may go back if in extreme dire need of a coffee but I highly doubt it.

I used to stop at this DD all the time on my way to work when I lived in Lansdowne. SUPER SLOW!!!

First of all I love Dunkins coffee. Its made me turn my nose up at everybodys favorite WaWa. Their donuts are decent (points off for oversaturation of locations and not making them on the premesis anymore) The supreme omelette with bacon is one of the best breakfast sandwiches out there.
The location i chose is not the one i go to, but closest to it. i work at the 69^th st Pathmark which is right across the street from a wawa. Coffee runs usually went through the wawa and as i stated before i dont like their coffee flavored tea) there is an exxon on the corner around the Pathmark and earlier this year rumors swirled that they would open a dunkin express inside. We waited and bided our time. They spoke of opening in early June. We would be ready. Then the day came June 4^th 2008. I walked into Path. ready to force down another WaWa brew. A co-​worker came over… the grand opening is today at 1pm. he beamed. We embraced. tears of joy wetting eachothers shoulders. A look of grave seriousness came over my face… We will be there. was all i said.
The entire day all of our eyes watched the clock. I accidentally made a cake with shaving cream but it mattered not. Without announcement we formed a small army in the back room comprised of the many departments of the store. We linked arms and marched towards the improved exxon.
An elderly indian man was putting the finishing touches on the new dunkin. He brewed the first pot of coffee and when it was done, he saw the pot shake Jurrassic Park style. What could that be– he thought. Oh well, it was time to get the scissors and cut the ribbon to open up.
The seige of Dunkin was underway. The Dairy Manager fell. Go on without me– he cried we did and to his dismay didnt look back.
The indian man and a photographer from the local paper were ready for their photo op when they saw us. I saw his knees buckle but by then it was too late. we Knocked the scissors out of his hand and ripped through the ribbon. The coffee never tasted better and we all went about our business leaving them to pick up the pieces.
At least, i think this is how it all went down, im usually drunk at work.
