I had a Groupon for a signature facial. I must say it was the most thorough and relaxing facial I’ve ever had. 5 stars for Five Star !

Very awkward. It’s in an office space– there’s no one else there, no music. But onto the service, she was very friendly but the keratin treatment I got done did not work ATALL. My hair is still very frizzy and very curly while I was told that it would be stick straight. Disappointed and will not return.

Worst experience ever. She burned my hair instead of treating it. And she didnt offer any help although i gave her some suggestions. She said ok but im going to charge you more. I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional she is !! Bad service

I had a Groupon for this business. I have been trying to make an appt for a mani-pedi everyday for a for over a week, and have reached a voicemail each time(this is calling two or three times per day.) Everytime I have called prior to last week, have reached a voicemail as well. I finally reached someone today, and there are no availabilities today or tomorrow(when the Groupon expires.) This is exactly why I didn’t want to make an appt this close to the Groupon expiration date. I asked the woman who answered the phone if she would honor the Groupon next week, and explained what happened. She told me, in a very rude manner, she would not honor it, and too bad it had expired. I did tell her this is not good customer service for a new business, and she hung up on me. Now that I have read the other review, I’m glad I didn’t get the mani-pedi. My suggestion: STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE!!!
