Wine & Liquor Cabinet

Great place. The owner is a nice guy. They have much more than your standard neighborhood liquor store beer. Check the Wine/​Beer cooler for some great finds!

Great place to find a pretty decent selection. It’s a great liquor store close to home if you can’t make it out to bevmo. They have a refrigerated section in the back for all of the wine connoisseurs, which is nice. Price-​wise, about average. The guys working there are always eager to share their opinion on different drinks.

Really great selection of craft beer and liquor. Store is very nice and great customer service. Lots of cigars wines and champagne even. The employees know everyone and are super helpful.
Only down side is pricing on items is hard to find and everything is at a premium price.

With Liquorama closed on Sunday night, I dropped into Wine and Liquor Cabinet to stock up before the season finale of Game of Thrones. I was expecting to grab just a generic 6-​pack but found that this place has a huge and well chosen craft beer selection. Belching Beaver, King Harbor, Dudes, Ninkasi… the list goes on and on (alas no 3-​eyed Raven from Ommegang). I opted for Belching Beavers Peanut Butter milk stout and Modern Times Mega BlackHouse.
I was a little shocked at the price; $ 27 for just these two 22 oz bottles, so be careful what you choose and check on the prices.

This place is a great spot to pick up so good brews and wine. I hop in at least once a week for my alcohol needs and the dude at the counter always shows me the new beers they get in. I often ask if he can get random brews and he always is nice enough to call his guy to see if they could order them. They do price their stuff a bit higher than some other places I’ve gone to which is the only reason I gave them four stars.

Wine & Liquor Cabinet has a great selection of guess what? WINE & LIQUOR. Who would have thought?
Anyway, they have a decent amount of shelf space reserved for craft beers as well (which is what I stopped in for). Lots of stuff from Stone, Saint Archer and Wydmer, Knee Deep Brewing, Clown Shoes and Coronado. I didn’t find much of an «out of state» selection (still searching for that New Belgium Salted Belgium Chocolate Stout).
They do have a solid Macro-​Brewed selection as well. 12 packs of Coors, Miller, Budweiser (along with those Macro-​Brewed «Craft» beers… ahem…Blue Moon). Being that Stater Brothers is right next door, I think it is a wise decision to go with more Craft beers here than with Macro-​Beers.
From now on, every time I stop by the grocery store for food, I’ll stop by Wine & Liquor Cabinet for something nice to enjoy with dinner!

Nice selection of craft beer however poor selection of go-​to beers such as 3-​pack Modelo tall cans. Poor customer service.
