Weatherguard Gutters

I wish I would have read the reviews before I hired these people. The secretary is polite she has to be because the workers never show up to do the work. This is 3 days of not showing up without a phone call either. I don’t know how people stay in business that work like this. This has been a huge, huge waste of time. I would not have these folks do my gutters, and roof of my dog house.

Don’t work with this company! Their bids might be reasonable, but their work and customer service STINKS!
I hired them because they offered a great bid and were very friendly! After the gutters were put up, I discovered their workers SMASHED over a dozen tiles on my roof! These tiles weren’t just cracked they were smashed into many pieces!
It tooks weeks and weeks of calling for them to come out and address the situation. A few weeks later, they sent someone to look. Then a few weeks later they claimed they would send someone to fix it they never came out because they would schedule me at the end of their work days.
When they finally came out, they removed the broken tiles and rearranged the good ones. But clearly more tiles are needed because there are many gaps, large portions of silver sheeting is visible (which were originally covered with tile) and the roof is exposed to the elements! Good roofers know this is NOT the way to tile a roof!
So disappointing. I hope you don’t experience the same thing!

I had the displeasure of having this company install my roof and gutters. God forbid you ever have a problem because despite all the promises of the polite secretary they will never call you back… NEVER …
When you do eventually break through (took me 8 months) they send out some moron with an online college degree in bullshit (transparent bullshit)…at which point I gave up on them and paid someone else to fix all the installation problems which they completed in half a day at a very reasonable price
If you are thinking about a roof and guttering do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
