Never use this place ! It’s not 24 hrs, the staff and management are rude and unprofessional. And they will rip you off and charge you for extra random fees. Horrible experience.

This is storage facility is a good value. The spaces are clean and dry and the management takes security seriously.
The best thing is the people here. They care about you and will go out of their way to help you.
Today they were doing preventive maintenance to keep your space dry in case El Niño brings a wet winter.
They’ve helped me a lot and all my things have been well protected here.

I have been renting for over 20 years. I have rented U-​Haul trucks on many occasions with no problem. The staff are helpful and courteous the grounds guy even helps me move things. I find it hard and sad to see other Unilocalers not happy with late fees? then pay your bill. You are un happy with U-​Haul then make sure you are checking the gas gauge before you leave come on people? common sense. These people have helped me on many occasions by not selling my things and giving me time to pay. This is a well established business…

Worst customer service ever! They have no clue on what they are doing. Myself and other two customers were not happy. They need to fire all those employees.
